I was so excited to found service like that because buying a house for the first time is so frustrating and hard, but my NACA counselor helping me and shows me how to do he is help me so much Mr. Antonio Coronado thank you help always prepare all the necessary documentation and upload on NACA portal to buy my first house I'm still in the process if you are need to buy hpuse go to NACA.com

May 02,2023Hi I just want to say you have to have a lot of patience and be a very strong minded person to deal with the NACA process. It's a lot of paper work, but just remember you doing it for yourself. The counselor that i have has helped me and my husband a great deal, to make sure we have all the document in order that are needed. A good counselor will email you, call you, and text you to make sure they are able to reach you to help with the process. well with that being said good luck and i hope you'll get a good counselor like mines.

Apr 30,2023To say my NACA councilor, Katya, is amazing is the mother of all understatements. My NACA journey has been long and often bumpy. NACA can sometimes be a bit of a handful, if you already have an overwhelming work life. But if you consider the service they are providing and the money they are saving you, they are well worth the effort and no other source comes close. Katya has guided me through the maze, given me hard truths when I needed them and gotten me here, about to close on a great duplex that is about to change the lives of my loved ones. Katya has been an absolute crusader for us, arguing on our behalf, working weekends, late nights and early morning for us- she's done it all. Her personal mission is to help the undeserved lift themselves and change their future and she's damned good at it. We are so blessed to have her on this journey with us! If you have the opportunity to use the NACA program, try asking for Katya, she's simply the best.

Apr 27,2023I have been working with Naca off and on for close to 5 years. I did not have a steady counselor to provide me with detail on obtaining a home through Naca. I currently have a counselor who is thorough and providing the steps I need to get closer to obtaining a home. I am hoping for a better outcome this time around.

With him I had a good understanding of all NACA process. I have really appreciated all explanations received.

Apr 22,2023I think NACA is great program that gives you the opportunity to become a Homeowner. I did my orientation last year on zoom and this year followed up with uploading all my documents and have appointment scheduled with counselor and I can’t wait for the journey to begin

Apr 20,2023It's easy to get approved and be able to save money on Closing Costs, Mortgage Insurance & etc. Mortgage Counselor is also very helpful when needed.

Apr 17,2023My case worker, Erna is amazing. She has worked with my for the past two years. Everytime we meet, she walks me through the process. NACA is amazing. It's just the housing market that is unstable that is hard to find something affordable. Since I started with NACA. My credit scores improved tremendously. The next step is finding a house that I can afford.

Apr 16,2023I had my first initial appointment with my counselor on 4/12/2023. I thought the process was going to be major and difficult but it was very simple and understanding. My counselor was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. At the end of my session, I was given a short list to complete until my next scheduled appointment. I feel very confident that I will be approved and able to find a wonderful home for my children and me.

May 05,2023NACA is an excellent program However some of the Mortgage Counselors are non-communicative and not helpful. I was originally hopeful and excited, now it seems like MC is going to crush my dresm.
