Mar 09,2023I just started working with Naca in October 2022 And so far everything is going great . I have a great counselor who is there to walk me step by step letting me know what I need to do to be qualified to by my house by the time I planned on it . I was so nervous and scared about this move but NACA is making my experience ten times better .My counselor is always there when I need her rather it's through email ,phone or text she always get back to me and get me the info that I need to move on to the next step as of right now I think NACA Is the best homebuyers program out here !!!!

Mar 08,2023I never owned a house before, and really wanted to get a mortgage with terms that beat all the mortgage competitors on the market. Plus the mortgage counselor I'm working with is very responsive and knowledgeable.

Mar 08,2023I just finished my intake session for NACA. The experience was wonderful. The counselor made sure I understood what she was doing and what needed to do to follow up with her. NACA is doing customer se4vice well. I called several times to ask questions. Each time they were kind and helpful.

Mar 06,2023The experience was great because my operator Ellen was able to guide me through my errors. She was so patient and respectable. He ability to mirror my screen was so very helpful in gaging the process. I know that going forward this is going to be an amazing process.

Mar 04,2023This is not a good program. NACA need to get with the times. No where in America you can find a home for $120,000. After making you jump through 180 hurdles and telling them the type of underwear you wear, they still tell you you have to pass out flyers, volunteer at their workshops to get approve and then all they want to give you is $120,000. $120,000 cannot even buy a condo no where in the United States. NACA you need to do better or shut down your program if you are not going to actually help people get into a home. Do better NACA.

Mar 03,2023I just started working with the Naca Program back in November of 2022 and so far, everything is going well. Basically, you're setting the stage for how fast or slow things move for you in the program. keep portal up to date with your information and get necessary information asked for as soon as possible, but most of don't base your time frame off of anyone elses each person situation is different.

Feb 26,2023The NACA program was very instrumental in helping me to become a homeowner. The staff is very knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond to make sure you qualify for a home. They instill good saving habits and educate you on along the way. They are truly advocates of the people. I recommend to anyone who wants to attain home ownership and not have to worry about harmful lending practices.

He has been been amazing, informative, and making sure that we are prepared to be approved for a home mortgage regarding document review and approvals. Feb 19,2023I found out about this program online.This program is great for first time home owners. There are no down payments and no closing costs. Naca provides below market interest rates. Another benefit is that they don't look at credit scores. The process is fairly easy as long as you have all of your documents (tax returns, paystubs, etc) The counselors are super helpful and guide you throughout the entire process.

Mar 12,2023NACA is a great program that will assist me with buying my first house for my family. It's been a long process but patience is key. NACA offer lower interest rate with no down payment and no PMI. My MC Harvey Emmanuel is really great, he was able to answer all the questions I had regarding the program. I’m hopeful will qualify this year to buy our home soon!
