Dec 09,2022The time it takes to get approved for a loan is longer and more extensive than any other mortgage providers. However you save about 1% in interest and other expenses. Depending on your situation this makes well worth the time. Antonio Coronado did also took his time to guide us thru the process. Thank you!

Dec 08,2022So far, I have had great experiences with working with NACA. Every time I call with questions, the representatives are really helpful and detailed. My first session with my counselor was great too. Roy was patient and took time to explain each step in the process. Looking forward to completing each step toward home ownership with NACA!

Dec 03,2022NACA is a life changing opportunity. As somebody who has worked to change their life, finances have been a struggle , and to have the opportunity to become a home owner based on the income I have, has been an incredible opportunity. No matter what, you will get qualified and it’s based on what you can truly afford. NACA also has specific realtors trained in understanding NACA so they make it even more helpful in the home search. I was just re-qualified to a higher amount as my income had changed so it was reassuring to know that NACA is willing to do that easily!

Nov 30,2022I am starting my journey with NACA and so far it has been good and my counselor has been responsive. I got a follow up appointment within 2 weeks of my intake and I started in November 2022.

My Conceselor Anthony Williams has helped me with knowledge of the program and so far so good. I AM ON MY WAY TO BUYING MY FIRST HOUSE!!! PRAISE GOD!!!

Nov 09,2022Naca has been the best opportunity for me and my boys! Naca offers no down payment, no closing cost and you're able to you the buy down your interest rates! Sounds great right, especially with inflation now interest rates has reached an all time high. I recommend anymore to go through Naca to achieve their ownership goals.

Nov 02,2022NACA is beneficial to low-income families because there is no down payment, no closing costs or fees, and no mortgage insurance. This is an excellent opportunity for me to purchase a home without incurring financial hardship. The only issue with NACA is that it takes a long time to obtain a mortgage.

Oct 26,2022NACA is where you should look if you are a first time home buyer. The process is simple and it's easy to get all documents needed to go on with the process. My current counselor is very helpful and responds ton all questions in a timely manner. Sometimes you may have to resubmit paperwork, but don't give up.
