Oct 21,2022Thank you to the most high. I'm already qualified to start my home search. Thank you to my Counselor, for being attentive to all my questions and providing answers. Started the journey January 2022, went to achieve the dream beginning of August 2022. Qualified October 22. I'm staying on task, asking questions, reading the guide books and willing to listen and learn. If you are ready to use all of these skills listed above and want to purchase a home join NACA. You must put in the work to receive your blessings.

Oct 12,2022So far, the Naca process has been smooth. After the online webinar, you have to create an account and you’ll receive a NACA id. In the meantime, you’ll have to upload the requested documents. Once you upload a substantial amount of the requested documents, you can then schedule your first meeting with your assigned counselor. Fyi,I waited for 4 to 5months before my first appointment with my counselor. If you have questions, it’s best that you ask your counselor during your scheduled appointment because it may be difficult to get a response otherwise. If you can’t get a question answered by your counselor you can always call NACA, and they will provide you with assistance. I’m in a good position to purchase a home right now and I’m in no hurry but I am ready. I’m looking forward to the rest of the process!

Oct 11,2022NACA was not helpful at all. I worked with NACA for more than two years and it was a BIG waste of time. A circle dance around the mountain. Their main goal seems to be developing a large membership base and collecting membership fees. Their housing counselors lead you on trail to no where. I was immediately able to close on a home once I decided to stop wasting my time with NACA!!!!

Oct 10,2022Don’t trust this company. They received millions of dollars from the government, and they will hold webinars and collect customer info. But they will never actually get you in a home. I’ve had all my documents uploaded for over 2 months. I was told I had a new counselor, who then canceled my meeting. They don’t provide contact numbers, so all you can do is call the hotline, and those people can’t do anything but tell you to contact your counselor. So I’ve emailed who is supposed to be my counselor. Never to get a response. They literally have access to my bank info, my job info, my tax info, my family info, everything, but will not respond. Idk how it use to be run at NACA but it is a scam now

My counselor was very patient and took her time to explain and break everything down. The process is all on you and what you want so if you're dedicated so are they. The process so far is great.

Sep 02,2022The member portal has a new structure to it. I pulled the website on my PC and I can see everything alot better. Documents must be update before you speak with a counselor. This is an order of business. I have contacted customer service for any questions that I have. Please add a option to remove information that you no longer need or uploaded by accident. I am excited to move forward in the process once I have completed all that is required.

Aug 31,2022I set up a goal this year and NACA is a blessing in disguise. I was watching a youtube channel about first time home buying process and they were talking about the NACA program. After researching their information online, I decided to signed up on a workshop program. This was back in 5/17/22. Last week, I just finished my counseling and now preparing to get NACA qualified. My counselor Sharon B. is an excellent person, she is very professional and knowledgeable about the home buying process and walk me through all the necessary information that I need to get NACA qualified. She also gave me some pointers and set up an action plan to get me started as soon as possible. I truly appreciate her time and effort. The process can be lengthy for a reason but if you stay on top of it, I believe it will all be worthwhile in the end. Thank you NACA for everything that you do!

Aug 29,2022This company is fake and leads you on. It has been over a year of us trying to get our counselor to attend our intake appointment. We paid all the fees and made sure our file was up to date with the requested documents and today makes it the 5th/6th time that no one showed up to our appointment. We called the representative and we have yet to hear from someone. God forbid someone does answer, they will hang up. We keep rescheduling through the portal, but WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! OVER A YEAR of time wasted.
