Needed to return 2x lampshades but admittedly was slightly over the 14 day return period. No room for manoeuvre/ compromise or even the possibility of a 50% refund/ voucher which is a shame. It’s very rare to find an online retailer which doesn’t offer a 30 day return policy (Ikea has 356 day policy). I could understand if they were reduced to clear but the items are still on sale at full price. To make matters worse, I was changed £10 delivery per item £20 total), even though they were shipped attached to each other in a fairly small parcel. Will shop elsewhere from now on…
I placed an order online in May but I have not received it. They don't refund the amount. Be carefull with this company.

This is one of those reviews that I just had to write. Not to complain but to say my experience with them from beginning to end has been outstanding. When you make a purchase be it big or small it should be a positive, enjoyable experience and that’s exactly what I got. Ashlee and Becky couldn’t have been more helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Their honest opinion and advice when sought added another positive dimension. Nest will be the first place I go for any possible purchases big or small. So thank you Ashlee and the team. My sofa and stool have exceeded my expectations. The quality is beyond beautiful and I couldn’t be any happier. Even at my old age it’s worthy of a snoopy dance……behind closed doors.

I have not received my purchase yet but I'd like to give a shout out to Sarah, customer service, who responded to my messages timely and in a very professional manner, she also resolved my issues swiftly. Her professionalism and service give me confidence to the shop, which is so crucial to all businesses. I'll come back to review the shop again once I've received my lamp. Update- received my lamp in less than a month. Very pleased with the product, delivery and customer service. Highly recommend.
This was my first purchase from Nest and I couldn't recommend them more. Their customer service was first class, far better than what I am used to! I had an issue with the table I purchased due to a Manufacturing fault. Despite this set back, my dealings with Nest left me delighted rather than frustrated! They dealt with the issue super efficiently and without hesitation. The Customer Service coordinator, Tine was genuinely eager to help in any way he could, his communication skills were exceptional and he kept me up to date every step of the way. Fantastic experience all round!
Really helpful and friendly customer service to arrange separate delivery (at a cost) of in stock items so that they were not held up by the out of stock items. Also excellent delivery service with items assembled and all packaging taken away.
Love the products on the website but more than that, I had the most fantastic customer service when something wasn't as expected. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept me well informed and followed it all through to the end. I will certainly work with them again, as the piece of mind you get from great after sales service is worth it.
Nest are a great company and I would definitely recommend them and order from them again in the future. The customer service team are very friendly, helpful and efficient - always quick to pick up the phone, follow up emails sent to keep you Informed and arranged the replacement of our chairs when we had an issue.
First time purchasing and was nervous to order, specifically a made-to-order item. Unfortunately my fear came true when my item had clear manufacturing issues. Very thankful and happy to report that the matter was quickly resolved with my CS rep, Tine. Great customer service really makes a difference when it comes to selecting where I shop and because of my experience with them, I look forward to purchasing on Nest again.

Bought some beautiful glasses from Nest. Had a minor problem with a couple of the glasses but everything was rectified by their amazing customer service team (especially Tine and Sarah) who could not have been more help. Am so grateful, especially to Tine and Sarah. Thank you ladies.
I had a problem with the lamp I had ordered, I reached out to customer service who resolved my issue and kept me informed each step of the way, and a replacement was sent out to me. Excellent customer service
I ordered a cushion on Thursday around midnight, noticed that I had made a mistake, wrote an email to customer care, who contacted me at 9am on Friday morning. By mid-morning Sarah had kindly sorted it all out and to my delight, my cushion arrived on Saturday. Thank you for sorting out my mistake so quickly! The cushion is lovely and the reduction was excellent. Thank YOU.
My experience with Nest was brilliant. Communication was prompt and flawless (literally, I sent a message at 21pm and got an answer at 8am next day). The order was dispatched and delivered to London in just one day—an outstanding feat! Despite a minor issue with my order being damaged during delivery, the team swiftly replaced it (Thanks, Tine!)
Nest helped deliver to me a couch in a Hay mags sectional in a custom fabric that other furniture suppliers somehow couldn't manage to get. Both Ashlee and Becky were very helpful in the process and replied swiftly. It took a few months for the couch to be manufactured and delivered but it was well worth the wait!
The wrong item was delivered over the Christmas period (easy mistake, as they were similar items). Tine was fantastic in organising pickup and rearranging quick delivery of the correct item!

Feb 14,2025Waiting over 6 weeks for an order that says 2. Arrived today with all 3 shelves with damage to the corners, affecting the fit and paint finish. Would have to wait over 2 weeks, at least with no upfront offer to help resolve the issue.
