Accidentally I emailed this company thinking it was Google Nest with a complaint that my Nest thermostat had broken. Anyway, Edward got back to me by return explaining that this was not the Google Nest company and included in his email details of how I could contact Google Nest support. How good is that! Ten out of ten - thank you very much indeed.
i placed an order to furnish an entire apartment which was such a pleasure by Nest! the quality of the furniture is amazing and is second only to the customer service. Ashlee and her team were incredible. i would recommend Nest every day of the week.
I wrote to Nest in error - as many others seem to have done. Despite how annoying this must be, the excellent Ashlee sent me a lovely friendly email this morning - not only explaining my mistake, but also giving me the details on who I should actually contact. Very unusual to even get a response these days so this is obviously a company that takes customer service seriously. Well done!
service was excellent. they were very helpful regarding fabric choices and highly responsive. when the shipment arrived unfortunately one piece was missing but they were able to remediate the situation very quickly and i now have everything from them. i could not have asked for better service.
This is the second time I purchased with Nest.co.uk ~ 6 dining chairs from Denmark. Overall experience was excellent. Great communications, and they offered a very generous discount over the listed price, not sure if that's because I'm a returning customer though. Normally, the wait of such chairs could be months, i was told like 6-8 weeks wait but at the end the chairs arrived a lot faster. So wonderful everything.. I'm going to do business with them again for sure!
I thought I was messaging Google Nest to help with my thermostat. I recieved such a kind and informative email from Edward. He sent me the correct contact details. I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks Edward .. if you care for people who are not your customers I can only imagine what kind of great service your customers receive. I will definitely recommend your company to others.
WOW!! I was trying to reach NEST Pension support and sent an email by mistake to Nest.co.uk, I have received a very helpful, detailed and polite answer!! To be honest.. in my country nobody would have answered to such an email. Based on my experience and visit several times in UK, you,, the British People, are Great!!!!

I received a very helpful response to my message providing me details of an email and telephone number for Google Nest. 10/10 for your very helpful response which I have followed up on. I now have a fully working Nest thermostat 😊

I ordered a chair from Nest. The delivery was supposed to take 6 weeks but it ended up being 3 months through a series of unfortunate events, which were down to the supplier rather than Nest. The customer service was excellent however. Eddie was extremely helpful and apologetic about the delays. He always did his best to get to the root of the issues and kept me up to date. I was super happy with my chair when it finally arrived.
Great personal service extended by Becky! Responsive with prompt follow-up update even though there are few enquiries involving different brand vendors. Nest should be proud to have Becky on board. I have been a Nest customer whilst recent experience with Becky has just shown that not all enjoyable shopping experience needs to have a completed order.
I’d contacted the wrong company by mistake but still Edward took the trouble to reply and give me the correct contact details for who I needed.
I used nest.co.uk before covid. At that time, the transaction was smooth and my client was very satisfied with the product and price. This time I ordered a few lighting fixtures on June 2022. Understandably due to the covid, the order was delayed, shipper have miscommunications and wanted to charge me. What I can not understand is, the sales rep Fatima is never diligent in following up on the email. If she would have replied within 24 hour time frame, I wouldn’t be so stressed. Now both local shipper and I are waiting anxiously for her email reply. Why do I have to do nest’s job? If you are using e commerce service and they take 3 - 4 days to reply your enquiry - who can do a business with them? If you are professional, definitely do not use this company. Personally, I will not recommend this service for private order either because furnitures are too big of investment and if one out of ten piece is damaged, you loss all the savings that you got from the other 9 pieces. Too risky. I give two stars because of my previous experience with them.
I contacted this company to sort out the Nest thermostat on our heating system, on the advice of the heating engineer. I received such a friendly, helpful and informative reply redirecting me to the correct company. They must have spent a while finding the websites and phone numbers. Well above and beyond! Thank you Nest and Co, purveyors of furniture and lighting!

I live in San Francisco, California and was looking for a couple of chairs in a particular finish that was only available thru the only authorized US retailer via special order... that also came with a 20+ week lead time! I was able to find the chairs in my desired finish thru Nest and they were one of few UK based retailers who provided me a quote for international delivery at a reasonable rate. After working with Ashlee I was able to quickly place an order over the phone and was quoted a 4-6 week lead time. I was very pleased when the chairs arrived in great condition in only 3.5 weeks from when I placed the order... and at a better total cost when compared to what I would have paid from the US retailer. All in all, a great experience! I would recommend!
