Having thrown down the gauntlet for the delivery of an Eames Chair to be delivered for my wife's birthday (I didn't give them much time), Ashlee and the team at Nest pulled out all the stops and got the chair delivered in time. The chair is of outstanding quality and my wife was absolutely delighted. The Nest team were helpful, attentive, fun and professional. I can't rate them highly enough, in fact if there were six stars I'd have clicked on that.

I emailed Nest thinking it was google Nest, a very kind lady called Toni replied to it, in the lovely email she gave me the correct email address and also a telephone number, what a kind thing to do. I want to compliment Tine at Nest who handled my not–so–great experience so professionally. Helping navigate a manufacturing defect while going above and beyond by contacting the brand on my behalf and asking for special care to be taken at the warehouse before delivery. While I’m still currently without the product, she literally did everything possible to try and resolve it for me.

One of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of trying to use. Completely inaccurate lead in times, no updates untill a considerable time has passed on their excessive lead in times only to inform you that there will be further MONTHS delays, not even days. Appalling. Little to no compensation offered and their website even now does not make it clear that there lead times are completely in accurate. Its about time these companies stop blaming Covid for delays, everyone else seems to be coping. For the price you are expected to pay for the items, it is disgusting what it is you receive and the manner in which you receive it.
A most pleasant and smooth experience with nest with regards to buying a baixa chair and a noomi chair with footstool. An 8-10 week lead time on the items i purchased was absolutely spot on with excellent communication from Ashlee. From sending fabric samples and any other questions and responsive emails. Ashlee was extremely pleasant to communicate with! The chairs are an absolute knockout from softline, a really funky/retro blue baixa and a contemporary orange noomi with curvaceous lines...i'm very happy with my purchases and top marks to nest. Thanks very much!

Online shopping has never been a favourite pastime for me (although I have done more of it since the pandemic). The experience with Nest however has all but changed my mind! A lovely detailed website to browse and then a telephone call to the company (a real person actually answered the phone very quickly) when I spoke to the knowledgable Ashley P. who was more than helpful. She answered all of my questions about importing lights (from Italy!) and took my order. As promised she kept me informed of the progress of the order so I knew exactly what was happening. The goods arrived on time and were expertly packed, one could not ask for more. All in all it was a great shopping experience. Thank you Ashley and thanks also to her team. Well done!
