Nest’s support team were very helpful when I mistakenly contacted them, assuming that they were Google Nest. They sent a prompt reply pointing me in the right direction.
I bought two pendant lights from Nuura of the same model from Nest to have next to each other over my dining room table (expensive premium lights at total cost of ca GBP 1,800). When I receive the lights they are visibly different from each other with different bulb fittings, colour and glass. When I reached out to Nest to ask them to replace one they first blamed the supplier, then they said they could send a new one if I paid them 165 pounds for packaging (no mention of the fact that I had paid GBP 400+ to put the lights up and would likely have to pay the same amount again to take down the faulty one and replace it) - or they said I could get a voucher for 150 pounds. Given that I had spent 2,200 on a light installation that does not look good due to the fact that Nest has sent inconsistent products, I would have expected them to at least send a new light at no cost. Their customer service is very good at politeness but rather lousy at genuine service. I’m afraid I will never return as a customer to Nest and I cannot recommend anyone to buy anything from them. Hope they will change their attitude going forward.
I had a broken chair that I needed a part for and it was a brand that Nest stocked. The customer service was amazing, so helpful. They have helped me source the part I needed, been incredibly responsive and for something that is of no value to them. Thank you so much, incredible customer service.
Whoops accidentally sent google nest enquiry to this company I received very prompt reply with very helpful information. If their customers are dealt with so promptly and in a sympathetic way it looks good for service.

We love the products and they are much admired. Our Eames chairs - fab colours and the clock too. I cant get over how comfortable the chairs are and the free cushions such a bonus. The help we had along the way was excellent. Ashlee and Becky responded immediately, kept us up to date with delivery times and organised for our delivery to be held securely while we had a month away.
