I bought Vitra heart cone chair from Nest. production time is faster than I thought, and shipping and handling was fast and nice. it arrived perfect condition.

I purchased two Globe Flower pots. I had a query on the sizing and Ashlee responded promptly and found me the information I needed. Delivery was very quick and the planters were very well wrapped. They are exactly as they appear on the website and i absolutely love them! I shall certainly be purchasing more from Nest in the future.

The best service 10/10. Ashlee was a real expert and was very quick to respond and assist me with my 100 questions. The lights I ordered needed to be shipped to New Zealand and the service and price was outstanding

I have to give the team at Nest a 5 full stars! You see, I was buying a pair of exquisite light fixtures from Atelier Areti and live in the USA (and was already expecting complications). Not only did the light fixtures arrive safe and sound (absolutely wrapped to perfection to guard against damages) but the entire process was easy and efficient with excellent communication from the team at NEST all during the procedure. Thank you one million times to Ashlee and Jake!

I have placed 2 orders with Nest (light fittings and bathroom accessories) and am pleased to report that both the products and service were very good. Simple order process on the website, sturdy packaging and delivery within 48 hours. No complaints here!

Excellent service. Ashlee was very helpful in answering my queries promptly. Price was very competitive, ordering and delivery ran smoothly. Amazing my furniture arrived within 24 hours of ordering! Highly recommend. I will happily use them again.

I checked reviews before ordering as it seemed the only place to have Hay chairs in stock. Was a bit nervous because of the negative reviews.. so wanted to add my positive experience to the pile. I got through straight away to a very helpful guy re the stock, ordered that day, received two days later. Really well packed and protected, chairs in pristine condition. All good!

I queried their postage charge of Ā£22 to deliver an order worth Ā£400. Almost everywhere else offers free delivery on orders over Ā£100. The items are not large. I was met with arrogance, disinterest and an invitation ā€˜to go elsewhere’. Happy to. See how their tone has changed below, invoking the pandemic no less in an effort to backtrack!

I placed an order on the 31st of December and it’s still not arrived. Absolute disgrace. Unacceptable. Being fobbed off with excuses and all I want now is a refund.

Terrible customer service. Items displayed as 'in stock' simply do not arrive and it takes multiple enquiries to find out that the lead time is many months. Ordered items with 'Production time: 4 weeks' - heard nothing for weeks (in spite of chasing) and was then pretty rudely told that items won't be available for months - ordered from finnish design shop instead (next day delivery)

EDIT V2 A nice rep from Nest customer support just phoned me. They offered a 50% discount on the new diffuser. They keep insisting that the lamp is not in warranty because it's impossible that a defective lamp breaks after more than a month. Apparently the one year warranty doesn't apply for them. I politely (I hope) refused the offer and said that I would rather buy a new lamp from a different shop. EDIT Just had a rather bad experience with Nest customer service so I'll have to revise my original review. I bought a ceiling lamp from them and the lamp's shade cracked. Nest and the manufacturer are adamant the lamp broke because it was hit. It was useless to show them how it cracked on the top and how it would be rather hard for me to hit something hanging 3 meters from the floor. They proposed me to buy a new glass shade for 300 pounds when the cost of the entire lamp is 320. Honestly even more than the pecuniary damage I really disliked the condescending tone of the mails. I'll just go and buy a new lamp from a different seller. Bought items that were marked as in stock. Everything went really smoothly and the customer service was readily available over the phone to confirm shipping dates. Overall would definitely recommend

I ordered 2 lamps from Nest, they arrived really quickly via DPD. The lamps came with EU plugs so I couldn’t actually use them and one of the bulbs was broken on delivery. From my understanding, it’s actually not legal to sell appliances with EU plugs in the UK unless it’s a shaver or electric toothbrush. I contacted Nest, who told me they could offer a refund if I sent them back, or send me replacement lamps if I sent the faulty ones back - but as their Black Friday offers had finished, they asked me to pay an extra Ā£192 for them to send me replacements. Ā£192 for exactly the same lamps, when they had sent me faulty items in the first place! Absolutely disgusted with their customer service and would not purchase from them again. They did issue my refund quickly though. EDIT - in response to their reply I bought from the Nest website, I was not told or informed I was buying ā€œoutletā€. Regardless, you sent me a faulty product that had the wrong plugs - the right thing to do would have been to replace them for the exact same items. Which you did have in stock, because you told me you did but wanted me to pay the extra Ā£192.

I'm used to dealing with the likes of Conran or Skandium but they have recently been pretty poor on communication so thought I'd try Nest. I have so far in the span of 2 weeks ordered various different lights. All deliveries arrived promptly and with no damages. I read a lot about issues with their delivery partners but I have only had a good experience so far. That said, all my items were in stock and singular lamps so no larger furniture which seems to be the challenge.

Great customer service, nightmare delivery partner Nest themselves are great. I had a fantastic customer service experience with them. You can phone them up and speak to a real human who actually cares that you get the furniture you want and that everything is alright. The 1 start deduction is because they use Furdeco as their delivery partner, and they are an absolute nightmare (left a 1start review for them). They are incompetent and rude. I truly hope that Nest will switch to another delivery partner to ensure their customer service translates to the deliveries.

I want to like these guys. Their site is nice to use and their staff try really hard but...I made two orders. One, after waiting eight weeks for delivery, they call to tell me that they accidentally ordered the wrong spec and it would be another eight weeks to get the right one. The other was a set of four chairs and a table, all of which needed assembly. Nest's delivery partner Furdeco is a NIGHTMARE. Late, sloppy, unhelpful and screwed up my table assembly, plus left mess everywhere and refused to take the packaging away until I argued them. I'd give Nest another go but only if they used a different delivery partner. £250 for delivery of over £3k of furniture I'd expect a much better experience

They offered a deal on their web site, so I called to check when it expired. I was told it wouldn't expire for many weeks and I had plenty of time to order. When I came to order very soon after, and well within that time, they claimed they never offered this price, that there was no deal and argued over the unarguable. They eventually offered the same price their web site had offered, but the furniture delivered had defects. Nest tried to claim they were an expected feature of the manufacturing process. To their credit (although after much arguing, again) they agreed to swap them out, but failed to check the replacements so one of the replacements had exactly the same defect as the defective product it was replacing! What a waste of everyone's time. Their customer service is slow (sometimes taking days to reply), fairly unhelpful and at times combative. I have since ordered more of the exact same product from another seller at a better price and they were delivered without the defects that Nest claimed were normal. I will not use this company again and do not recommend them.

After a nightmare with another company I came across nest on the quest for my perfect bed, it wasn't cheap and I was hesitant about ordering a more expensive one esp after the issues I had, Ashley was a god send, she (esp) and all the team, right through to the warehouse could not have done more, the packaging from them and moroso in Italy was second to none, I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this company, highly professional and attentive, rarely found qualities in any companies nowadays! Don't change a thing guys :-)
