Mar 18,2022Highly recommend Nest.co.uk. Ashlee was very knowledgable and patiently dealt with my many queries promptly and in a timely and friendly manner. The sofa was delayed due to Covid but I was kept up-to-date with its progress and we are very happy with the sofa now that it has arrived. The delivery chaps were fantastic also.

Mar 18,2022I had multiple conversations with the same sales rep before the purchase of two chairs, which was very helpful. I was given a reasonable and realistic timeframe for delivery which turned out to be accurate. The price was better than other outlets. I was very happy with the service.

Feb 25,2022I have now purchased several pieces of furniture from Nest.co.uk. At first, I was a bit apprehensive as these were very high end beautiful pieces and they were to be shipped to Asia during a pandemic. I was very pleasantly surprised with the: 1) Consistently, timely, very polite and customer centric approach of their customer facing staff 2) Very competitive prices 3) Timely delivery on first order (I am awaiting delivery for my second one) I would specially like to thank Gemma Trebble for helping me seek quotes, changing my order and excellent follow through!

Dec 27,2021I emailed Nest.co.uk in error over the Christmas weekend when I had an issue with my Nest heating system. Today, despite it being Bank Holiday Monday, a very kind and helpful representative called Ashlee, came back to my email. Ashlee informed me I had come through to the wrong Nest but assisted me by supplying all the contact information and guidance for the correct company - something she didn’t have to do as the two companies are not affiliated. I’ve had no hearing over the Christmas period so this help and information was invaluable and greatly received. Had Ashlee not replied to my email, I would still be waiting on a reply from what I believed to be the correct Nest company and would still be without hearing. On the plus side she also sent me a link to look at the actual products they sell (furniture and lighting) and very pleased to say I will be buying furniture for our home from the in the future! Thank you Ashlee. The best customer see I e I could have hoped for to end off 2021!

Nov 03,2021Today, I received my hanging chairs and they look fantastic. I love them!! I am really pleased with the look, the quality and the high level of customer attention through the whole ordering process. Even though the delivery was longer than I expected, NEST furniture maintained regular email/telephone contact, keeping me up to date on the delivery date. They have been really helpful, polite, positive and genuine. I would recommend NEST furniture to my family & friends.

Aug 19,2021Purchased a light from Nest and the customer service was as good as it gets. From asking questions about the stock levels and product via online chat (which was dealt with immediately by Ashlee), through to order and delivery was nothing short of brilliant, a pleasant surprise in todays world of constant delays and let downs. None of this with my Nest order which arrived exactly when they said it would. I will have no hesitation to use Nest for future purchases if they stock any product I need.

Mar 19,2022I bought a Wing Chair by Carl Hansen and some other furniture items. The goods have been on the way delivering to Taiwan at this moment. Before I placed the order, I emailed to Nest to ask why the discount message is disappeared , although the time is not yet due. Later I got the manager Ashlee’s contact and phone talk, She is enthusiastic to offer me a good discount. So that I placed my order. The service is great and the response is soon. I think shopping furnitures at Nest is excellent!
