Only problem we had was the computer paperwork we signed didn't make it to the closing so we had to sign all the papers by hand.
The diligence of Edgar Rodriguez (loan processer) and all involved was very impressive. They kept me in the know at every step. Just when I wanted to call to check on progress, I got email from Edgar or Jonathan Marloe, thanks guys, I really appreciate all your hard work!
Working with my loan officer, Lydia was wonderful. I would highly recommend working with her to achieve your home ownership dream. The processor, Crystal, was not communicative nor was she helpful during the process. She did not return messages to my realtor nor did she communicate with me in a timely fashion.
Very friendly and responsive team. We started out with Lee Levine, who was awesome. We dropped out of escrow and got William Alverez because Lee wasn't licensed in Utah. We felt very well taken care of by both Lee and William. Thank you!
The whole process was so positive and informative. Fred and Bilal helped us tremendously from the very beginning. All our questions were answered and phone calls as well as emails answered so professionally. They were very patient with us. We recommend their services to everyone!
The entire process was professional and easy. Every question we had the team answered they was their for us from start to finish. Thank you NAF for making our dream come true!
Great communication and help in procedures.
Great communication with the loan officer, no pressure from them whatsoever and fast service.
Horrible company, employees are unorganized and lack professionalism. Payment portal is awful and slow processing.
Everything was very smooth for our first purchase. Communication was great. They explained everystep of the way. Never felt alone during the whole process
New American Funding made buying our house enjoyable. Great communication, easy-to-use, Nathan Miller was very knowledgeable and answerd all our questions. We would highly recommend!!
This whole process was simply Amazing. I was so sure I wouldn't qualify to do the cash out refi but Matt and his team made it happen and were so wonderful to work with! Thank you again for everything!
David was thorough, detailed oriented and kept his words. I was more than satisfied. He delivered in good time.
👍🏻🙂👍🏻✌🏻😎✌🏻❤️❤️😊😊
Vicki Liu and her team were nothing short of exceptional. Our process and circumstance were a bit unique due to having sellers that made each step difficult. Suffice to say the sellers threw multiple curveballs. At every twist and turn the NAF Team responded professionally and with poise. From us to them-thank you.
Best experience in buying and refinancing. We will always use NAF and Kat Lee as our contact.
Horrible company to go through for mortgage. I have to have flood insurance as I live on a river. I got a new flood policy for $1,500 that would replace one that was supposed to renew for $4,199. They decided to pay the $4,199 policy even though the new $1,500 policy was in their inbox along with a cancellation form for the $4.199 policy. Their excuse “we got the $1,500 policy on August 2nd and it takes us 48-72 hours to process requests and put them into our system. We paid the $4,199 policy on August 5th so we were unable to accept the $1,500 policy.” AND NO ONE THOUGHT TO CHECK WITH ME ONCE THEY SAW THE $1,500 POLICY IN THEIR INBOX. They could have done a stop pay and reissue but they literally just blatantly IGNORED it. And they told me there was nothing they could do for me. So my mortgage is going to sky rocket because they decided to ignore paperwork. So in turn I get screwed over even though all of this was out of my control and now I am trying to figure out things to sell to pay into my escrow to cover this so I can afford to pay my mortgage. Stay far away from them.
First off they ARE NOT veteran friendly and if your payment is due on the 1st (you have until the 16th until it's considered delinquent ). However they start calling you on the 2nd reminding you that it's past due when in fact it isn't If I had it to do all over again I wouldn't have taken them as a mortgage provider Also they are incredibly obnoxious and condescending while they make sure they let you know they "are doing you a favor". Use this unAmerican lender at your own peril.
I was speaking with someone at New American Funding about refinancing my house. Everything was going well and then the agent just stopped communicating with me. I don't know if it was because they could not beat my current rate, or maybe my monthly payment would be higher, but all of the sudden there was no contact. No response to my emails, just radio silence. If they couldn't beat my current rate, then why not just tell me. I would not have been upset, at least they tried (I think). So weird.
