Dec 07,2022Ordered 3 of these for my daughters bedroom as she has large Bay windows which let in a lot of light. Couldn't quite believe how cheap they were, almost too good to be true. Delivery was really quick and all 3 blinds arrived in excellent condition. Now fitted and so impressed I'll definitely be ordering more!!

Dec 06,2022Decided to purchase direct from company rather than retail outlet as wider choice of product. Ordering process and communication good and order can be tracked. Goods arrived with damaged packaging but item itself not damaged. Quality of product could be improved but no parts missing and does the job.

Dec 06,2022I have ordered three tension rods on 28/11/2022 but wait for 8 days still not received (6/12/2022). I cannot track with the provided tracking number track. Eventually I recieved the rods on 6th Dec morning. The rods are nice and packed in good condition. I have got follow up from New Edge Blind. I've revised my rating.

Initially, I wasn’t happy that the company didn’t respond to my complaint, but they have since been in touch, accepted my concerns and refunded the full cost of the blinds. Their response makes a huge difference, as it shows they care about the customer experience. Much appreciated.

Your replies (possibly computer generated) continue to ask for more details as the delivery company say they cannot make the delivery. This is obvious TOSH. Today's further emails and two telephone calls have gone unanswered.

Dec 11,2022Check measurements as these lot can’t sizes on site don’t match actual size, then they charge for returns, totally check out all reviews on here, 130cm quoted with brackets 1308mm and by reviews all have same problem. Pathetic pictures available
