Oct 25,2022I already had an aluminium curtain track so knew how unobtrusive and easy to fit it would be. I had to trim the length but that was no problem with a hacksaw and then I just added the finishing end piece. Communication with New Edge Blinds was very good, however, delivery via the courier took longer than expected after New Edge dispatched the track; 9 days after ordering. The courier didn’t email as promised to confirm the delivery date so the track was taken in by a neighbour.

Oct 17,2022Great value but blinds were delivered separately and unsure if the second lot would have turned up if I didn’t chase them. I think they’d been forgotten, however they all turned up in the end for a good price and reasonable quality.

Oct 01,2022We ordered made to measure blinds which when arrived were not the size we had ordered. After many emails we have not had 1 acknowledgment or reply. We now have 2 sets of blinds which do not fit. Mistakes happen and in a world where there are much worse going on’s it might not be the biggest issue, however you should still expect a service that you have paid for and to completely ignore your customers is really not on.

Sep 16,2022Absolute nightmare, want nice, not damaged items and good customer service if sometging goes wrong? Then avoid this company at all costs! Received damaged blinds, yet they are refusing a refund because they were cut to measure, what a joke. Yes, they were cut to measure, but I didn't order damaged items as you may know! After nearly two weeks sending messages I was requested to finally send them back, surprise, at my own cost! Bought them through Amazon, after requesting refund the seller closed my case. Not responding to my or Amazon's messages. Only yesterday I got message that I can send the blinds back and create return label! How to create a label if you closed the the case and refused to communicate? Fighting now how to return the blinds. Never had such bad experience with anyone, it never even crossed my mind that someone can treat customers like this! AVOID this company at all costs!!!

Aug 30,2022I’ve ordered with new edge blinds off onbuy. I wanted 115cm width roller blind in white. What I got was 113cm off white/ light grey and missing the fixtures. So obviously I’ve been sending messages and pictures to return as item is not as described. Well this is when it’s all started. I’ve been completely ignored so I contacted onbuy to assist so after two messages sent from onbuy to them they finally sent me a message. Well if you expect helpful customer service from this company you can think again!! They have basically blamed me told me that they won’t be issuing me a refund. And why am I making a big deal about it it’s not the end of the world! When you order something you expect what is described and when you don’t get that I should be able to return. Well not according to this company they won’t take any accountability their right your wrong. Onbuy are being helpful and I’ll be getting my money back but this company is awful just avoid them. Unless you like the stress of trying to sort out a refund or being ignored.

Before I ordered the blind I needed a few questions answered, my emails were responded to very quickly. I ordered the blind which was an easy process and I was given a time frame for delivery, the blind came within the advised time frame and I also got the blind at a better price than my local supplier. If I need any blinds in the future I would have no hesitation in placing a future order from New Edge Blinds. The blind itself looks great, thank you and well done New Edge Blinds
