Feb 24,2021Website defaulted to 300mm width at order after putting required width, wrong size arrived at 300mm width with a meter and a half drop - don't know what window they thought it would fit - contacted them to return for required size and they didn't want to know - not a recommended website

The blind was really nicely finished, we liked it so much we bought two more. No hesitation in recommending them.

Feb 03,2021Delivery took sometime and blind was cut to wrong size but no communication received to advise me of this until I queried delay. I was offered discount if I could still use blind and gladly I can. Maybe I’ll get discount if order again. Would order again as very nice blinds and easy to install.

Jan 21,2021Had to wait over 5 weeks for the blinds to be delivered when a 10 to 14 day period stated! When the blinds finally arrived they were not as ordered! Standard Venetian blind delivered when I ordered perfect fit ones. Only good thing I can say is that the refund process was excellent. Refund was made immediately. No offer was made to replace the incorrect order. Was told to reorder!

Dec 23,2020Have already completed my windows and receive so many compliments. This last order was for my sisters house after she was impressed with the look it gave. We fitted her 6 blinds in a short time as they are so easy to hang. It looks amazing. Delivery time was good. My only problem was the ordering, which took time, probably as long as the fitting. It kept clearing what I was entering. So glad I persevered.
