After looking at many sites I chose this one as I only required to take 20mm off the breadth of the blind. I received the blind and it was a few weeks before I unpacked it to fit. Unfortunately when it was unpacked I noticed the damage e.g. the bottom bar was dented in the middle and also some slats had been damaged by the hook used to open and close the slats. I took photo's to complain but unfortunately had deleted the E mail with the company name etc. My partner was unhappy but rather than go through the hassle of returning it for a replacement she said just fit it, no problem in fitting it and reducing breadth. The blind was probably damaged in transit and should have been better packed. A disappointing experience.
I've bought my blinds on 2 separate occasions with New Edge blinds and both times brilliant service Both parcels were delivered within days and were much cheaper than other sites I looked on but still good quality x

Good price, look nice and arrived fast.
Blinds arrived and seemed sturdy. However one of the plastic holders was defective (it had been bent when the pack of screws had been pushed in_. Contacted and sent pictures. Advice given advice followed - blinds definitely did not work. Big draw back you have to pay to return the goods. No Refund - discount just a demand for me to spend more money. Won't be using this company ever again.
I purchased my blind through Amazon, when it arrived the packaging was damaged and had been resealed with tape. There was some slight damage to the fitting on the end of the blind. I raised a concern via the contact tab. Amazon slow that process down, however a soon as I got to speak to New Edge blinds they dispatched a replacement fitting. I would use them again because the blind is very good.
