Jun 22,2022The quality of the product is very good, but they sell the same blinds on Amazon for £51 when on their website they charge for 85cm x 130cm faux wood blinds only £38. That's a huge difference in price. It's a shame I already put mine of the wall. I would have returned it.

Jun 17,2022Seller completely unreasonable, unhelpful and rude. Providing measures was not straight forward on Amazon website and easy to get wrong. As a result I received blinds which were unsuitable in size and which I could not use. When I addressed it with the seller all I was told is that it is my problem and my mistake for ordering the wrong size. There was no attempt to listen, assist or resolve the issue. I was left with blinds which are completely useless, sitting in my garage and for which I paid over £165.

May 25,2022The most awful company and still on- going!! No contact, received a refund tried to contact company for explanation but nothing!! Placed order else where…..they they re debited me!! I’ve called, emailed, text…..every form possible to contact and still no update!! Do not use this company

May 24,2022My order didn’t arrive after weeks of ordering so after contacting them via email they sent out another which still did not arrive!! The contact number for customer services never get any answer and so I’m £75 down and still no blind! Absolutely disgraceful. I won’t be ordering from here again and I’ll await a refund!! When I can get through!
