The blinds did not arrive when expected and it turns out they hadn't even been sent. A new order was done for a new blind, it still arrived later than expected and with no fittings. Had to email again to request fittings which were then sent out separately. Whilst everything was resolved too much went wrong for me to want to order from them again.

The delivery came 5 days early, how many companies can you say that about? Product (roller blind fixings) are of excellent quality and especially for tge price. I haven't used (or heard) of this company before now, but would 100% recommend and be my first point of call next time.
Still waiting for delivery . Item out for delivery on expected day never came. Tracked item still waiting to go out . No response from courier very little response from newedge blinds.thanks to trust pilot my order was finally delivered after 11 days .

SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE YOU ARE APPRECIATED. I ordered 2 roller blinds that were ready made on 29th December. Website says dispatch within 24 hours. Received an email 3/1/23 with DX Tracking. DX website says still waiting for parcel. I have phoned twice and no-one bothers to answer and I have messaged but won't hold my breath that I will get a reply. This company are quick to take your money it seems but not so quick to help. I will wait another few days and if no reply I will do a chargeback on my card and contact Trading Standards. I am well versed in the law and to everyone who reads this remember you have extra rights under Distance Selling Laws now Consumer Rights which is The Statutory Law of the Land to obtain a refund if goods are not fit for purpose or not as described. Don't be fobbed off with excuses companys policies cannot overide the law.
