Aug 05,2019Terrible service. Product quality pathetic. They even have the nerve to send defective stuff and do not want to accept return if the defective item. The stitching is so unprofessional and the stitches are all wide apart. The stitches could come off anytime. All the loose threads are not hemmed in properly leaving them all out loose. One of the dress even had a separate piece attached as the length of the material was not sufficient enough to cover at the back. To top it all the customer care personnel is not even bothered. They just say if you want to take any action go ahead. No action taken at their end to address the customer needs or satisfaction. I highly DO NOT recommend purchasing from this site. They are a bunch of cheaters and lame unprofessional people running the show cheating poor customers. The WORST site ever encountered

Jul 14,2019Ordered a lehenga choli set. What was delivered was not exactly what was in the picture on their website. The blouse on the site was embroidered fabric including sleeves with the backs with tassels. What i got had plain fabric sleeves and completely missing the ties. The dupatta on their site had a beautiful scalloped edge on all 4 sides. What they sent that it only on 2 sides and the other 2 sides weren't even hemmed. Also too short to drape. The lehenga width and fuel didn't match the image on the website. The only thing that matches were the colors. When I contacted them, they had the audacity to tell me that the website image is just for reference. And that we are an Indian site.so we don't promise we match items exactly like other sites like Myntra do. They sent me a long email about colors not matching but that wasn't even the problem. They have refused a refund. Will never buy from them. they post pictures of designers pics and send cheap imitations of it. Bad customer service.

Jul 09,2019Requested for a price on a bridal outfit. They stated that they cant provide images and the ones on the site are the images that their photographer had taken. I know they are lying because I saw the exact same images on Sabyasachi's website and social media. The customer service is really bad and I don't agree with lying to customers to make sales. How can you not even provide an image of the actual material? are people meant to spend lots of money without actually seeing the product? Ridiculous.

Jun 21,2019purchased a saree which was fairly cheap from nine colours. did not look like the website. was a different shade of yellow and did not have the same detail and design as the website. was only similar in design.looked overall cheap. was okay. i didn't know i had to pay duty tax on top of delivery charges which was almost the cost of the saree. only found out after it had been shipped. I live in the UK won't be buying from them again unless standards change.

Jun 14,2019DONT BUY THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. They DID NOT REFUND me my money to my account when I had ordered two suits that did not come in due to them being out of stock. They have been OUT OF STOCK for a year which is absolutely ridiculous for a site to not have any kind of professionalism when it comes to selling any kind of item. One suit did arrive but the other two never came and when I contacted customer service the young man or woman was quite nonchalant about it not coming stating when they're back in stock they will send it to me which never happened. I never received my refund nor the two suits so I basically got ripped money and lost out on two things that I bought NEVER EVER buy from this company.

Jun 13,2019Never ever buy from this website. They show something online and deliver something else. I ordered for the first time and is very badly disappointed. I ordered a very sleek and pretty saree but they deliver some plain very low quality just cloth , I repeat just kapada which is not worth for what I paid in US dollars. Do not buy products from this site.

Feb 25,20192/24/19 What I ordered and what was delivered were different. Their customer service is extremely rude. No courtesy to correct their problem. Wasted Rs 25k for their failure to deliver what I have ordered. I would never ever buy from them and I would advice the same for you all.

Feb 10,2019had a very short time for my friend's wedding and I wanted to order a gown(including stitching service). I contacted customer support and told them how much time I had. They ensured me that I will get my gown before estimated time. So I ordered. Guess what! I got my gown before time and it was exactly what I wanted. I really appreciate their service and will buy my cousins wedding dresses from here for sure
