AVOID. First of all not items sent and was told months later because they were out of stock, though they took my money. Finally they sent some other items over which I ordered but they were AWFUL. Nothing like the photos AT ALL and very bad quality. When asked for a refund their customer service was RUDE and unhelpful. They insulted me, ignored my messages and calls and refused a refund. Months later they told me to return the items and promised to settle a refund. So I sent them back which cost a lot from the UK. I was told by the parcel tracking company that they did not accept the returned parcel and had sent it back. I was still left with NO REFUND though they promised one. FALSE PROMISES AND FALSE ITEMS. DO NOT BUY. HEADACHE AND HASSLE. GUARANTEED TO BE DISAPPOINTED. They are a dishonest and selfish company, not caring and supplying false items. I left a review on their website which they have not shared - probably false reviews on their website too. please do not bother ordering from them. They should not be allowed to be a business. You will get scammed. FAKE COMPANY. SCAM

I was looking for a beautiful and trendy lehenga online and came across Ninecolours. I saw this stunning banglori silk pink colour lehenga for my bridesmaid wedding and instantly ordered.. Today when I finally received the parcel and saw the lehenga .. I can't tell you how elated I am to see the lehenga having the exact impression of the given image .. it's great in quality and It is just the way I wanted .. this was my first shopping experience with Ninecolours and I know I am now going to be their loyal customer .. I simply loved the lehenga and it is special coz I am going wear it in my friends wedding.. so, thank you Ninecolours..

I wish I had negative star marking for them. Also I would have read reviews before ordering something. Firstly they put attractive schemes and then send us first copy products, first copy products in cases other than clothes is manageable but with clothes it challenges the material and unique designs of the products, which they are expert in making you a fool! They will not send the products as shown and described. And when you are for replacement they will argue that the products are not first copy and hence they can't help you. Material quality worst not worth wearing even at home forget about occassions Designs won't match since its not what is shown in pictures Customer care they will answer you but it's of no use Delay in replacement absolutely awesome Making first copies they are perfect in that Guys don't buy anything from here they aren't worth a penny.

Received the incorrect item twice already!!! Off which I have to fit the bill for courier from nine colours to me and my return to nine colours, even though it was due to negligence from nine colours. Totally unethical way of doing business... So much for customer care. Do not recommend anyone to do purchase from nine colours.

I placed an order with nine colours on 07/10/2018, my order had garments which fell under their diwali promise range to receive the by then and as of 07/11/2018 I haven't received the goods. Nine colours agents are ignoring my emails and various messages. I tried commenting on their Facebook page however they seem to be removing my posts and only keeping their favorable comments visible. In this order I had ordered 3 items and only after shipping the items did i notice the email notification only reflected 2 items, nine colours did not inform me that money was due back to me, it was an uphill battle receiving a refund for the product which they did not send to me. Their client service is pathetic.

Seems like they are running fraud or scam business. They won't return your call or answer phone when you call them (they know from a caller ID).

So bad service Its 3.rd time im ordering and my parcel is still very late. They say they will sort it out but same thing all the time. I ordered again cos they owned me money and i couldnt get it refund. They promise and cant fulfill but only say sorry mam and no compansation. This is just the worst company i have had issue with so many times. Plz dont make orders from them. The products are never same quality AS shown on pics aswell.

best online site for me. I have bought lehenga choli in 4,399rs. & I got 4 lehenga free. really it's unbelievable. All 5 lehenga is good in quality and nice, unique pattern. really before receiving my order. I was worried about how will be the material but now after receiving my order. Really so happy & now I m planning to buy again the buy 1& get 4 lehenga free, and this time I will gift that to my relatives.

The NINECOLOURS is the worst company to do business with ever. Do not buy from this company because you will regret after you make a payment and not a single penny will be refunded if any issues arise even it is there fault. I wasted my money and time and I wished I had never known this company before. They messed my order twice but never admit their fault for the mistake. They are good at pointing out their fail refund policy and you will end up with garbage which you can never use. I did a couple of reviews on their website but they never post it and you see only the positives reviews. They are scammer and fake business and please stay away because they are not trusted!!! Poor. They couldnt ven ship it when they tood me too. NINECOLOURS MAKE FALSE COMMINMENTS. I said i wanted my suit by eid and they shipped it on eid and i got it so late. This is totally a bad site to order clothes. The lying and there bot even serious about it. I dont recommend this at all for you. Dont regret like i did. When i needed them for help on the online chat they were always offline like literally always. Dont ORDER FROM NINECOLOURS

Fake Company. They are here to make quick buck only. They take payments, lie through out to their customers & either don't ship or send faulty products. Not to be trusted. Would recommend you all to stay away from such bogus business.
