Oct 20,2021I am so sad that I ordered from this company. They are not truthful and makes me so upset the quality is garbage I cant even give it to anyone what I have ordered. I ordered blouse piece and pay for it to be stitched it was not stitched the sarees were just thread coming out of it. They should get no star.

Oct 04,2021I have been trying to contact them using the contact us form. the page does not go through at all. i am very disappointed that no one is available to respond or confirm that the form has been received. i wanted to cancel my order within 24 hours but have no idea if the request has been received.

Sep 21,2021They deceive us. When asked for a refund for the default product they ask us only to return their product back to their facility and no shipping costs will be refunded. What nonsense?

Sep 08,2021Don’t feel like given them one star. I order lennga choli from them in colour maroon and they sent me a completely different colour, poor quality fabric and size also wasn’t correct. After getting contact with this company they replied me this Regarding your complaint for the ld4570118 we understand you are not completely satisfied with the quality & design received but we request you to understand that the product is bound to have some differences in the same.The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values.While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors. After this I replied that I need a refund, they blocked me from every where. They are big spammers stay away from nine colours total waste of will your money and time.

Jul 29,2021I recieved my order which is very different from the picture. I had ordered 3 outfits. 1 of them the colour is totally different. They just send whatever they have. Other 1 the blouse came as a piece of box. I paid for custom stitching and now that blouse is so bad i dont know how to fix it. 3rd outfit is different from the picture too. Only colour is ok. I have paid so much for custom stitching and for duty apart from the order. Spent so much but none of them are worth it. Please dont waste your money on this site. Now when i try to contact nobody replies. Their policy is no return for custom stitching which is sad because its neither stitched or wearable. My order was shipped after so long, i thought they are taking time to stitch. All was a lie

Jul 02,2021Hi Ninecolours Your overall performance was very good. Products are very high quality except the quality of the blouse cloth. All the lints have come out and look like it get damaged. Next time please be careful about that area as we really want to buy more product in near future.

May 02,2021This site is totally fraud i placed an order from NZ with them and they have sent me a totally different product which was cash on delivery in india the courier men didnt let us open the package in front of him and when i contact the provider they said we havent sent the pqckqge yet this is not our package they took my money without delivering the product totally fraud chewing up people money never trust them.

Mar 10,2021I have not bought anything from this company but I have worked with them for 4 years and all I can say the quality of the products are are the same across all the websites like Mirraw, Cbazzar, etc, they are all sourcing the clothes from markets and selling it with a 70 to 80% markup. so they are all the same at the end of the day, the more you pay for a piece of fabric, the better the quality you can expect. but one thing I can say about Ninecolours is that their management is very UNPROFESSIONAL. I left the job last year. but they still have not paid me the amount that was promised to me when I gave my notice period. The so called CEO is one the biggest coward unprofessional egoistic person I have come across in my life. When I messaged him asking him if I will get my money he did not respond. I messaged him asking for an update 2 to 3 months later I used the word UNPROFESSIONAL and it hurt his EGO he used improper language plus said that I am not getting that money back `don`t ever message me again` and blocked my number. I don`t know what to say and I have given up all hopes of getting that money back. The company is in huge debts, the vendors are not paid for months and so they don`t send the dress the customers had placed an order for, and thats the reason for delay. Please stay away from the company they will try their best and find ways not to refund your money. their actual facebook page has been banned due to negetive reviews.

Dec 11,2020This blatant liars and cheaters utter sweet nothing to get pay for the order in the 1st place, once the money is paid the the customer is at their mercy. I strongly advise everyone not to transact with this company. I was looking for clothes for my son’s Waleema ceremony ( 29/1120), then ended up falling for their all sweet promises and lies.She texted that the order will be received before Deepavali if I place the order by 28/10/20, that is within 10-14 working days Their so called customer service person named Puja got me to pay for the order amounting to AUD 756.61 through PayPal, when processing it came up as USD instead of AUD, there after I had to make sure the payment hadn’t gone through. On 2/11/20,I paid the amount through PayPal and placed the order.After 2 weeks I’m checking with them about about shipment,no concrete replies but it would be shipped, Finally after wasting so much of my time, she shared me the shipment tracking details, in the meanwhile we had to postpone the function, which was nothing for this cheaters.I received the delivery on 28/11/20 to my shock and amazement.They shipped all but another saree, didn’t have any courtesy to inform about the short shipment. Furthermore,the Lehenga blouse wasn’t stitched as per our requirement and the buttons in Sherwani was worn off. Up to now the saree is not shipped, coming with all sort of crap excuses,as mentioned by many others they have taken thus order for an item that is not available.We had to spend more money to buy required clothes locally. They are so thick skinned,I have demanded 1/2 refund for the hassle I have been through and same saree I have paid for to be shipped. So once again please refrain from transacting with this cheaters and inform your friends and families

Nov 30,2020I bought via their Video call First they they compell you to buy stuffs.The way they speak is not cordial.They try to intimidate you. Then they give you false promises that you will get free jewellries which never arive. They tell you they will send in on next purchase supposedly. Then I also observed that they charged me more that was was agreed on Video call. My first impression on them was not good at all.They promised they would send me the pictures of my products only after payment.Yet another lie Only lies and lies. They lie a lot.

Nov 21,2020I had ordered a lehanga choli from them but when i recived the package. Delivered one was not same as advertised on website. When I asked them for refund. They told me that I'll only get refund credit which I can use only on their website. Plus I have to wear the courier charges. Their customer support is useless.

Nov 13,2020Horrible horrible horrible! I've ordered two sarees almost 2 weeks before Diwali. My sarees were promised to be delivered before Diwali but guess what... Diwali is tomorrow AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY SAREES!! I've been dropping emails about it and whenever I do they tell me the same thing... "It'll be shipped in 3-5 days" this has literally been going on for over 2 weeks now and I'm totally fed up WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO WEAR TOMORROW???? I'm never ordering from this site EVER again! This is seriously ridiculous

Apr 05,2020What you see online is not what you get. Make sure you ask for real photo of the item itself. Check the sizes also, as I ordered 2 of the same dresses in the same color, size, style, and each were stitched differently. They steal photos from other designers and attempt to stitch replicas themselves. Even if a name brand is mentioned, none of them are originals either.

Mar 02,2020Hi made an order on this website as the price looked attractive. The order was placed and a confirmation has been sent but for 3 weeks i had nothing So i had to contact them in order to check what happened and they finally gabe me the whereabout of my product (still in mumbay for 3 weeks) Unfortunately they sent the parcel by dhl and this company tend to overcharge the custom and sending fees.... In the end i was pleasantly surprised with the product but i had to pay an extra 50% of my product value to get my dress If yo plan to buy this and you live abroad please be aware that dhl is the one who s handling the transportation and chances are you re gonna pay an extra For myself i wont re order on this website and that s really too bad cause i cant pay at least an extra 30 box to get my product

Mar 02,2020Rewriting a review on Nine Colours - the company model is to advertise professional, designer ware and then sell cheap, nasty copies - although even copies is stretching it, they look nothing like the originals! They responded to my original review 6 months later and emailed me a one-liner saying they can't do anything!!! Fraudulent company that scams customers.

Apr 06,2022totally garbage service,i had to chase them for 2 months for them to send my order, finally i received my parcel today, im totally devastating with the suits totally different from the pictures, cheap materials used,fitting is too tight.im heart broken. please avoid this website, if you don't then take tension for paying,i wish i read the reviews before ordering from them,my mistake which i regret now.
