I had an issue with the connection of ninja trade to my broker APEX, i have contacted the support team, and the prompt response was absolutely fantastic, i got a phone call to my privet mobile number and the issue was sorted in less then 2 minutes. Fantastic team, super job . Thanks Again .

I had a major issue with error messages related to my OneDrive, suffice it to say this was nothing I could have done or figured out. My tech took the time and patience to fix my problem which easily lasted almost 30 minutes, going through countless folders, apps, and trouble shooting everything to fix my problem. I've never really had any issues with Ninja prior so this was my 1st major experience with a NT tech, the experience was beyond excellent!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
