This tech support guy is awesome. It was a quick fix for him bu tfor me it was an hours long ordeal. He made quick work of my problem and resolved my issues easily. Was a breath of fresh air after listening to the piano jazz for an hour. Almost pulled out my hair for that.

I understand your techs must be very busy but it very frustrating when emails for help are not read correctly or in my case even ignored because they were assumed appropriately answered.
