We have 1,000's of standby generators, portable generators, automatic transfer switches and replacement parts in stock in multiple warehouses throughout the US.
Our Sales Staff has over 55 years of combined experience in the electrical and power plant arenas. We attend factory sponsored update schools regularly and keep up with New Products. Our personnel are courteous and have been serving our customers for many years. We listen, take notes and provide information in a timely manner.
Norwall is a busy place so you must be patient. The call takers are very pleasant and informative. They helped me with cost effective decisions. Will definitely be back for accessory purchases.

This company was great yo deal with. They had my generator in stock when no one else did. It shipped quickly and they kept me updated from ordering and receiving.
The generator order when fairly smooth. I made an inquiry after the prediction of the four-week period before delivery had lapsed to obtain an update. They responded and explained the delay. The delivery went well having a semi truck back in to my court. Driver was friendly and courteous. Generator arrived un-damaged. Performed start up with natural gas and the generator ran with no apparent abnormalities.

I probably shouldn’t even write this yet because we haven’t actually received our product but I did figure I would take this opportunity to comment on the poor customer service when I called with a shipping question. The representative was rude and immediately began speaking over me incorrectly answering my question because she hadn’t actually listened to my question. Hopefully the rest of the transaction which includes shipping, delivery, and actual product condition will be satisfactory.
Delivery was quite prompt.
Average is the best I can offer. Shipping for my item can take up to 8 weeks. This is difficult because I have to arrange to be present since it’s a curbside drop off. I keep going to back to the website to see if it’s been shipped because I don’t know if they will inform me when it’s starts to move. I apparently have to contact one of the dozens of shipping company’s they use to get shipping information. I don’t really feel like that’s quality customer service. It’s been a month so far, we’lol see how it goes.
Accurate fast delivery
This is the third attempt to order this system. First the order was not entered by sales - the sales contact did not work for the company - then attempts to order on the phone failed. Attempts to get a status on the phone were met by the most hostile, rude and abusive customer service person with whom I have ever talked.
Take too long for Norwall to ship. Still waiting. Hopefully will arrive before the next power outage 😞

buyer beware....order a standby generator to be delivered in 8 weeks...generator did not arrive...took 3 calls to get someone to return my call...then was told it would be another 8 weeks...(health issues involved) and then they wanted payment. next day was told the President of the company unilaterally cancelled my order!!! the person i talked to was rude and arrogant....Don't know how this company stayed in business for 24 years. if i treated my customers like Norwall treated me i would be out of business 30 years ago....Yes we are all dealing with Covid but is not excuse for people to feel so "self important"
After I had placed the order and paid what was owed, I was informed then that there would be a $65.00 shipping fee. During the order process shipping was supposed to be free. So I had to either accept this fee or cancel the order. This should have been figured in when I had to place the delivery zip code. Now as I have been tracking the order it says that it arrived in Evansville Wyoming on 8/12/2021 at 10:52 pm. It states that is OUT for Delivery. Evansville Wyoming is 45 miles from the final destination. I should have received it on 8/13/2021. Have not received this order and now will have to wait 4 days before it arrives. Something should be done with your partner shipping company since they can't deliver for 4 days after receiving a order. I owned my own trucking company and this is not acceptable at any level of good customer service.
I don't know if you and I have done any business. We left it, you said that you would not accept my credit card because my address where I live is not my billing addess. I live on an island where there is no home delivery of mail, therefore my billing address is on the mainland, a post office box.
Generator arrived quicker than expected, in perfect shape. Great communication with company.
