Our Sales Staff has over 55 years of combined experience in the electrical and power plant arenas. We attend factory sponsored update schools regularly and keep up with New Products. Our personnel are courteous and have been serving our customers for many years. We listen, take notes and provide information in a timely manner.
I am waiting for the order to ship. I purchased on 9/6 and not communication to keep me updating where I am in the processing. I knew going in it will be up to 8 weeks but some idea or communication would be nice. If I get my order before 8 weeks and per the agreed price my score will be higher.

Still waiting on a more exact timeline for delivery, other than 1 to 20 weeks for delivery. Really can use updates on delivery for contractor planning purposes.

Norwall technical guide personnel help you with all the questions you may have prior to purchasing a generator. They’ll help you and leave no questions unanswered. Pricing is very competitive, I found them to offer more for less money. My order is coming in 3 separate deliveries, when items become available. Norwall constantly updates you as to shipping progress all the way. I feel confident doing business with them
Easy to order but communication is less than desirable. Took several phone calls to get through and then I had to go to a different department to get a live body. Quoted delivery times on web site say 1-12 weeks. They should say 12 weeks and beyond. I would order again from Norwall as of now.
Horrible customer service and on time delivery. My order has been placed for nearly 2 weeks and I cannot see the order on the website nor do I have a tracking number that it has shipped!
Simply Amazing! Had my order in to Lowes for 24k Generator since June and they kept extending the data to end of Feb 2022. Called Norwall and ordered it and had it the same week!
The sales manager told me that I was too needy because I followed up after a week with no communication, coincidentally she did it after she heard I was Hispanic and told me she has the right to refuse anyone’s business for any reason. When asked to speak with a superior she cursed me out and got loud and proceeded to hanging up the phone. After reading reviews, I realized I am not the only customer that was mistreated. I hope the manager in question can get some psychological help. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

I had a friend order the same generator from another company after I ordered mine and he already has his. I called to check on my order and the lady was very rude. She said that they have 8 weeks to ship it and it has only been 4 weeks. I am very disappointed with the service from this company.
I had to cancel my order due to the long delay in delivery of the product that I ordered. There were no other issues.
Purchased a cold weather kit from them. It arrived quick and as advertised. I have installed the wiring harness along with the battery warmer. I have not installed the oil heater yet.

I have not had a good customer service experience with Norwall Power systems. I ordered a Generac Generator on 9 April 2021. I was told It would arrive in 12 weeks (so June). I am not an unreasonable person so I told them that all I asked was that they keep me informed because I have to order a 500 gallon Propane tank and have it buried in the yard as well as coordinate with an electrician (several weeks ahead of time). At the end of June after several attempts I was able to talk with a Customer Service person who told me the generator would ship mid August. After August 15th I began trying again to reach someone at Norwall for an update. Today is 11 September and I still have not been able to speak to anyone or have anyone return my e-mails or messages. This afternoon I called Generac direct and asked them for an update. They told me that they are currently 6 months behind on delivering orders due to an inability to get parts. I thanked them for providing me the information that I has been trying to get from Norwall Power. Based on what Generac told me, I now do not expect a generator shipment until October. I just want to know why the people I ordered from could not be as informative. In fact, Generac told me that if I had the order number that Norwall got from Generac they would update me. I kind of figured that. In my last message to Norwall Power systems I asked them for the phone number to their Generac Poc and I would do the checking myself. Unfortunately, I still have not heard back from Norwall Power Systems. I have never been rude or raised my voice to a customer service representative (although I know that it happens). I am not hard to get along with (which Norwall Power would learn very quickly if someone would just talk with me). I completely understand that people are not happy about how long it is taking to get their orders. My point is that I can take bad news (another delay) but have a hard time putting up with no news. I guess I just expect a little more from the people that I do business with than what I have been getting from Norwall. If I were Norwall I would either put a notice up on my web site about the delays and update it periodically or I would have a phone number with a message updated periodically so that people could at least get updates on the phone. That is just good customer service sense and at least indicate that some effort at communication is being made.
After waiting on the phone for 15 min. I was disconnected.. Later, I was on hold for 28 min. before talking to anyone. The person I talked to didn't want to help, just wanted me to order on line. She didn't give me any info or help. On third call, they took my order for a generator, but didn't tell me I also needed to order a battery, transfer switch and load shed modules. A "help line" isn't much use if you won't give any help.

QoS excellent. Beyond the expeditious processing of the order, support staff contacted me to refund an error I committed in my double billing the order!
When I ordered the generator I was warned that high demand may cause a delay. It shipped about 4 days later. Quick response that I appreciate, was painless working with them.

Sep 21,2021I actually still really want to get my back up generator from Norwall. My problem is simply that my order never went through. I followed the protocol with sending ID and CC # but Norwall never processed it. I called and left a message but you never got back to me. I also included in my order a note that I would change the payment form to electronic check if needed. Perhaps now that you see this review you will get back to me? Hoping so.
