Our personnel are courteous and have been serving our customers for many years. We listen, take notes and provide information in a timely manner.
I like Norwalk , they are very informative, and give you perks for joining their club ! The only thing I am waiting for is to see that I get my generator as promised. It’s a 1-8 week wait that I am fine with due to the pandemic our country is dealing with .

Im very dissapointed in how this company did business with me. I ordered a generator online with all the correct shipping/billing information. Two days later i received an email from Norwall stating that they had to add $135 to the shipping cost. How do you not have that figured into the initial purchase. Everyone else can do it? Then the following day i received another email from Norwall stating the price had gone up on the item. How does that happen after the purchase?? If you had adjusted your prices on your website, i could've decided for myself if i wanted to pay that price. You don't do it after the fact! I emailed them explaining this and requested for them to waive these charges or I'd take my business elsewhere. They decided to not keep me as a customer, so i took my business to APelectric. I got the same generator at the same price. Guess what? They didn't call/email the next day asking for more money. Im sorry, but this was not good service. You lost a customer.
My order was processed and shipped in much less than the estimated time. The shipping company contacted me and arranged for delivery the following day. The item was received in good condition. I didn't rate 5 stars because there was an additional shipping charge due to my rural location. The advertised deal was free shipping; the possibility of an additional charge was buried in the legalese. It was still the best total price I was able to find.

I ordered a generator from Norwall with a 1 to 8 week shipment that was 19 weeks ago. I have sent messages to request updates and made phone calls leaving my number (after holding for approximately an hour) with no response. I don't understand the purpose of either attempt if the company will not respond. I have gotten emails from sales staff trying to sell me a generator after messages but no response after I asked for help

Considering I have not received my generator yet. My review consist of the customer service. I have sent several messages just needing confirmation that they received the order and an approximate date in shipping? No response as of yet and already going on my third week. Now I am getting concerned so about to get a refund. I have also called them directly with no answer. Sorry very concerning and not happy as of yet. Hopefully I receive my generator soon.

Everything went very smoothly. I was surprised that I received my generator so fast. The generator was in good condition. This is a backup generator and I have not had time to get it int operation and replace my older generator. Thanks for the good service. Winfred

Sep 08,2021Never got a confirmation email on my purchase. Called many times to customer service and no one ever answered after being on holding que for 30 minutes. I finally cancelled my order. Someone did call three days later.
