Sep 04,2020Still have no ETA of Generator that we purchcased in August. Norwell has no methods or means of getting information from Kohler and we still have no generator. Also disrespectful customer service during phone call waiting 20 min on hold and then rude and abrupt representative telling me they don't have eta and don't know when that will change. Let me remind you.... I had to pay in full total cost upfront AND they had posted on their own website that my generator would be leaving the warehouse in 2 days. So secure and purchase now. That was false and not updated. I waited weeks for information and no information. When I called for refund and cancel order the same girl answered and was indifferent. Do not waste your time.

Site was well laid out, information was easy to understand, ordering process was straight-forward and the standby generator we ordered actually arrived earlier than expected. Only suggestion I would make is that the web site show that the Generac generators come equipped with dual LP/NG attachment and pre-configured to NG. Had to call customer service to make sure we didn't need an NG attachment. Customer service lady was very nice, friendly and told us about the dual set up. Good company to deal with and would recommend them to all.

Sep 04,2020I cancelled my order because you could not supply the generator (probably not your fault). But I have been waiting for some time to receive my refund check that since the 20th of August. Two weeks seems excessive given that when I first ordered from you I paid and you cashed my check the first day.

Since then I have attempted numerous times to contact your company to see if we are eligible for the promotional extended warranty and I have yet to receive a response. We hope to actually receive our generator on 9-2-2020.... thanks again... Lee Heermann

I still have not received my unit. Which is holding up my job at my home. Very disappointed in not being truthful. It’s now 14 days.
