Aug 28,2020I ordered the Westinghouse iGEN4500 generator on a Friday late afternoon and received it the next morning, WOW! less than 24 hours! I've used it several times now and am very happy with how quite it is. Original lead time on the order was 1 to 12 weeks, talk about fast service, WOW.

Aug 28,2020need to get a better delivery service when they say 10 to 5 friday better be friday or they better call which they did not i had to call them on a monday to find out why my schedualded delivery was not made and there was no number to contact them over the weekend

Aug 27,2020I was a little concerned after placing the order and had concern on the delivery, and when it would arrive and knew that the company would drop the generator curbside . after I received the email with the tracking code which would follow the different stops from loading and unloading the shipment worked fine and the trucking firm terminal was located in Westborough, a town 25 minutes from Sutton, the delivery arrived at 12 noon. as promised . I would say it could not have been better than that. Thank you all.

Aug 27,2020I ordered a generac 16 kw and was told I would get it in 1 to 4weeks. On about the third week they told me it was on backorder until middle October. I had an electrician setup to put it in while they were doing my basement and now that is not going to happen. I was also waiting for a rep to let me know about getting a different model and she waited to let me know and now the other model is on backorder as well. I've tried to call and have been placed on hold for long periods of time. All I want now is a refund so I. An find another distributor and I can't even get thru to do that!!

Aug 30,2020Once again I was very satisfied and comfortable with the process in purchasing the Generac 8000E. In fact the day it was delivered I uncrated it, put it together and that evening we had terrible storms. I lost power at 6:00pm and put it to use immediately. What a feeling having my home energized. A couple of my neighbors are clamoring to get one and I gave them Norwall's contact information.
