a breath of fresh air compared to our last system. Running diagnostics and generating reports effortlessly to correct any issues, saves us at least 2 full days of work! The software looks, feels and functions like it belongs in 2021 and beyond!

Very prompt, efficient and professional service. I have been in contact several times, with different queries & each time I have spoken with a friendly advisor who was able to resolve my query quickly and professionally. The support I got from Alex Parker was excellent very helpful. Your system I do not find as good to be honest, I have used other systems previously such as staff planner, webroster and have found these much easier to use and give me more of what I would like in systems, the ideal system would be one that does it all rather than have to use two systems. But this is no fault of Alex's

Excellent customer service & a genuine understanding for clients. I'm still at the beginning of the process of onboarding for my own company, however having used the system in previous roles, it is efficient and user friendly with the correct tools. Equally important the team behind the system seem to have a true understanding of the field and want to assist their clients to effectively use the system. It is not just based on selling the product, the team has a genuine want for their system to make a difference. Thanks to Care Planner. I started to raise invoices much faster within the first month of joining care planner. My staff love the rostering and compliance management part as well. I had a very hard time to manage the compliance, rostering, and invoicing of my temporary staffing business. When I first started using Care Planner, it looked even harder due to data transferring from the excel and I found it time consuming to learn the software because of my poor computer knowledge. However, I mastered the software in few weeks time. Thanks to Mr. Adam Wood for being patient enough to teach me the software and to the entire team. I cannot complete my review without mentioning you, Adam. I really appreciate your patient approach to all my queries, prompt response to my phone calls and emails. I am looking forward to use care planner for my domiciliary care business too. Thank you.
Careplanner has proved to be one of the best changes we have made as a company. The system is extremely user friendly and the support is amazing. nothing is too much trouble and the change over and set up from our old ECM system was a breeze. Adam our account trainer and manager was so helpful and took time to ensure we had all the details correct around the system. I can recommend this ECM system for anyone looking for a user friendly but detailed solution.

Mar 08,2021Careplanner is a great system, although their are elements of the system that are not completely compatible with our organisations operations ultimately the system achieves purpose and the transition from our organisations old system to careplanner has been smooth; I would recommend before implementing the system allow your self enough time to learn its navigations, any queries relating to careplanners navigation (or other features) careplanners customer support department are very efficient in responding and helping resolve any issues you as a customer may have; their customer support department are very very good in careplanners smooth implementation.
