NovaaLab stands behind their products 100%. I've never had such amazing customer service in my life. I reached out via email and they responded almost immediately. The issue was resolved in less than an hour. I couldn't believe how quick they were to respond. I highly recommend their products and with this kind of service you have absolutely nothing to lose.

I had heard that novaalab’s customer service was subpar but I didn’t find that to be the case at all. My product that was still under warranty had quit working due to a short in the system. After a couple of prompt email exchanges they shipped me a brand new replacement the same day.

The unit will nit hold a charge after 1 day. Reached out to customer service which you can not call only text for support. 2 customer service agents that wanted me to send in a vedio that it didn't work. I just wanted to return not jump thru hoops. Would not buy

Sep 25,2024Package arrived fairly quickly, they provide a usps tracking number but it isn't much use due to them shipping with a company that isn't the postal service but they turn the package over to the postal service for delivery so in my case tracking shows that package was turned over and delivered in a 24 hr window. So pretty much no tracking info as most of the time package was with the company that did not provide any info.
