I purchased the Novaa Light Pad to see if it would help with pain I was having after an actupuncture treatment where they placed one of the needles too close to a nerve, which caused sever pain in my knee that ran up into my hip. The pain was so bad in my knee area I couldn't sleep. I have to admit I wasn't sure it would help, but I was pleased after just the first use. I wrapped it around my knee, set the timer for 30 mins minutes, and when it was finished the pain was substantially reduced and I was able to sleep that night without my knee trobbing with pain. I am so happy I purchased this and will continue to use it.
