I have experienced a few issues with your Face Remotes and am now on my third unit. However, I greatly appreciate your commitment to customer satisfaction through your replacement policy, which has been both reassuring and commendable. I sincerely hope your team can address these issues and implement stricter quality control measures before shipping products. Currently, I own four different items and use them regularly, and I am considering adding a fifth. I look forward to future product launches, particularly a unit designed for the neck.

First, I would say this is a good product…when it works. We had our pad replaced twice due to light issues. The last one worked nicely for almost a year. But then the pad stopped putting out heat. I tried a family’s member’s pad and it worked with our controller…great heat and light. So I asked for a replacement pad and was willing to pay a fair price. They refused to acknowledge the issue and do not offer replacement pads. Would force me to be a whole new unit even though my controller unit is fine. I am looking elsewhere. My advice to the company? Offer replacement parts. And listen to your customers. I like heat and the pad offered heat for a full year. Don’t deny that this is an issue. Seems like revenue enhancement is the primary goal here. Buyer beware…

Thank you so much for replacing my therapy pad and faulty connecting wire. Jayanne in customer service was terrific. She was very responsive and very helpful. I use my Novaa Light Pad everyday for inflammation and pain relief, its the best! Thank you!

I love the products and I believe they are a vital part of good health!!! The red night heat helps my helps my muscles And back when I walk 2 to 3 miles a day!! The The customer service has been fantastic. I recommend this to any one who want to feel good with out all the drugs

Great product, has been very effective in helping reduce upper back, shoulder and neck pain. Product began malfunctioning, contacted Novaalab for resolution, they responded timely with a replacement pad and were very pleasant and helpful during the process. Highly recommended!

I ordered the pad, received it within 8 days. It helps my back relax and straighten out so I can get some sleep. The heat feels so good. After shoveling snow and shoveling out the chicken house I hurt. I come in and lie on the pad and it really helps.

You’re lucky I’m even giving you one star. It’s not about what went wrong or what went right—because absolutely nothing went right. I’ve been waiting over 30 days for my order. I reached out immediately about the address issue, yet no one could help me. Your employees were too lazy to pull a label and fix it, and then you shipped it snail mail. The second time, the package wasn’t deliverable—who even knows which carrier you used? Now you claim you’re shipping it a third time, yet all this time, you’ve had my money, and I have no product. Does that seem fair? No, it doesn’t. And the worst part? I needed this for my recovery after surgery. You clearly don’t care. This hasn’t just cost me money—it’s cost me time and slowed down my healing. Shame on you for even asking for a review. I’ll be telling everyone to avoid your company like the plague.

I needed a part to repair a worn cord going into the pad. They sent a replacement free of charge, but apparently NovaaLab changed the plug into the pad and that the new cord did not fit my pad. When I brought this to their attention, they sent a whole new pad. Awesome. Thanks.

Incredible! I just unboxed and tried my new Novaa Light Switch and Novoral Care Pro - Oral Care at home devices. I could feel immediate pain relief and healing sensation with the Nova Light Switch features. My knee pain issue (bone on bone) has subsided in one application literally. My knee is feeling so much better like it did 10 years ago without the injury. My dental Novoral Care Pro device is very space age and I just know I will get a better review on my next dental exam. My gums and jaw are feeling revived and circulation has increased. I decided to purchase the NovaaLab products after searching for the same devices used at a former resort spa I worked at as an Aesthetician. NovaaLab had more "all in one" features with one device as opposed to purchasing several wands. I'm glad I happened to find NovaaLab in my red light therapy search. A product that I bought from NovaaLab last year stopped working and has since been retired from their collection. They really did everything in their power to try to solve the issue and ended up replacing my product with a comparable one. Ross made sure my requests were met. I so appreciate all their help!
