Customer service support is exceptional. Resolution of issues is always handled with kind,courteous, knowledgeable staff. Response time is immediate and attention to detail is appreciated. I have been satisfied with the products that I have purchased and will be purchasing more, great results would highly recommend.
Communication on this replacement order for warranty work has been poor. I still have not received the product and I am not sure when I’m going to. So the experience hasn’t been hasn’t been the best on this order.

we have the Pad, mouth, and face products. We had some problem with pad, but once problem was figured out, the unit was replaced. we are both 80 and active (I still compete in bodybuilding competitions) we use products every day with good perceived results.
I purchased the Novoral Pro Care for oral care at home. This product made my gums painful and sore, I had to stop using it completely. Customer care told me to decrease usage, which I did with the same results.

This company manufactures a speciality gum treatment device that uses many light frequencies. The device costs less than one visit to the dentist, and a fraction of what a consultant costs that rebuilds gum tissue. The company ships from the U.S. but handles all import charges. Highly recommended.

Tried to order two items on the 20% off sale, and failed to process the order after many attempts. AI & Offshore support suggested many things, which I tried to no avail. Sale is now over, and now I'm SOL. First experience with company was great; this one.....not at all. One day later, and still no company response.......Entire customer service seems to be run by a very ineffective AI system, that is not responsive at all. Order at your own risk. There is no fixing anything if there is a problem with your order.

Oct 22,2024This was our second time with Novaalab. It's been a year and a half since we made our first purchase. I use the Novaalab every day, twice a day on my dog. The results continue to amaze me on how it has truly helped her. On Saturday late afternoon, the charger stopped working. My husband said to call the company and see if there was anything they could do. So I made the call, not knowing it was still under warranty. What a relief! That being said, I spoke to a very nice gentleman who was kind and very knowledgeable. He said he would send out a new charger on Monday. That's exactly what he did too. I just received an email letting me know it had already been shipped out and on its way. I would recommend this company to anyone. They explain everything to you in a way for you to understand. If you're thinking about whether you should make a purchase or not, my advise would be to just do it. You will not be sorry you took a leap of faith. If you have questions later on when your item comes, they are always available to answer any and all questions. It's money well spent. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
