not seeing any results yet. Using for 3 weeks now. still have sensitive teeth, not whitening will see in another 2 weeks otherwise I think I will have to return this item.

It felt somewhat like a heating pad. Did not relieve any pain for me. Have better results from my heating pad.

I bought the laser light- red light pad and used it on my shoulders which have needed surgery for 15 years.....I live with constant pain especially just sitting still in my chair and after applying the Novaapad for just a couple of minutes the pain was completely gone! First time in years!
I have just ordered the face mask and the oral care device. Currently I am using my pad (ordered last year) wrapped in a tube around my foot. I had major surgery and the wound healing seems to be going better since I've started treating it with the red light. As for the face mask and the dental device...I have "oral lichen planus", an autoimmune condition which mostly affects my lower lip (horrible, painful blisters) and the inside of my mouth gets super-tender, and the skin can tear if I eat something crunchy (potato chips or raw broccoli). Also, I have very receded gums around one tooth in particular, and a fair amount of recession in a few other areas. So I am hoping to improve those situations. Being 72, a gardener living in the Southwest, and someone who never used sunscreen in the old days, I have dark spots on my face, and also red blotchiness and small red spots. I won't mention the wrinkles (lol). My skin could definitely use some help... So I will be sure to review these new products as I use them, but if you want a multi-purpose introduction to infra red light products, I can attest to the fact that the pad is a good place to start. Customer service is super-responsive, and the ONLY reason I gave 4 stars is that sometimes I have a bit of trouble with the website. I do highly recommend this company and their products. Don't settle for less!

May 29,2024The pad I ordered in January stopped working properly, not turning on easily and then turning itself off. I notified customer service, sent a video at their request, and I was notified that a new replacement pad is being shipped to me.
