Not only a great product but amazingly responsive customer service. I bought a total of 7 pads. I bought one for myself then 6 more for family once I got results from using the pad I bought. I usually struggle with online marketing knowing how difficult it is to return and get money back but once they responded to my first email I knew this company was different. Their response was timely and considerate of my issue and they saw it through as they promised. That gave me confidence in the product and customer service. My family is also experiencing results from their pads.

Payment with Visa was very glitchy. I would type in one box (for example, security code) and it would appear in another. I had to exit and re-enter the program multiple times to get it right. Then, when I was ready to finalize, I saw that it said it was planning to ship the gift to my credit card address on the right-hand "auto-fill" screen, even though the address for delivery was correct.

Recently diagnosed with osteo arthritis. for now the pain is mostly in the left knee. I wanted to avoid steroids and NSAID creams (the only answer from the medical arena) and create a protocol to support my body in healing. This review is for the mouth red light therapy device. Product claims to help reduce gum inflammation and even with receding gums. I have mild periodontal disease. I have been using this product sharply everyday. After a few months on the therapy without seeing any results, I increased the time from 5 min to 15 minutes. Now after 8-9 months using it everyday, I still see no difference and my dentist says that there is no improvement on my gums — she doesn’t know that I’m using red light therapy by the way. I have been on a 3 month periodontal cleaning for over a year, floss regularly, brush with a soft brush and don’t use any type of cheap toothpaste with fluoride. In fact, my toothpaste is mineral and has probiotics and cq10. I was really hoping to see some results with this treatment. Maybe it takes years instead of weeks like the marketing claims.
