Mar 05,2025I received the Novaalab Light Pad within 3 days about 3 weeks ago. Great customer service! I use it each morning and evening. It has helped in managing my long-term lower back pain along with morning stretches. At age 70 I may get carried away sometimes with physical projects around the house and regret it later. Evening tension is reduced and morning flexibility is definitely better after a red light treatment. Perhaps 5 stars later if it heals my back pain altogether.

Mar 05,2025How you I know whether or not this is a good product before receiving it? The practice of asking for product reviews prior to usage causes doubt as to whether or not any of the reviews are accurate. Perhaps I would have updated my review once the product is used, however, I ended up requesting a full refund through customer service. I will be disputing any charges applied to my bank. Look right be right!!

Mar 05,2025I have not had it long enough to see results. I try to use it 3 times a day but sometimes it's only 2. I have a fractured toe so let's hope it helps that. I love it on my back. Am looking forward to much healing.

Mar 05,2025I don't write reviews because in the past few years I've been repeatedly dissatisfied with either the product or the customer service of almost all my shoppings but NovaaLab is an exception! There was a minor problem with one of the products I purchased & they took care of it without nonsense questions, justifications or arguments. Also I am very satisfied with the results of both devices I purchased (the power laser and the oral care). I definitely recommend this company: great products, good prices, professional & friendly staff.

Mar 04,2025I love my NovaaLab pad! I've had chronic back pain for years due to degenerative disc disease. I've done so many therapies, shots, etc and nothing has given me as much relief as my NovaaLab red light therapy pad. I was skeptical about purchasing such an expensive pad, but my aunt had one and let me use hers for a few days. After day two, I knew I had to make the investment. I have experienced so much relief that I have let a couple of friends use mine and they've purchased them too! 100% recommend! 10/10 stars!!!

I have several devices: the face mask, therapy pad, laser strap, and the oralcare Pro as I have several chronic problems that have resulted in almost 30 years of significant pain. I use these devices daily and have found that consistent use over the past 9 months has resulted in decreasing pain and increases in function. Novaalab customer service and warranties are truly extraordinary. When a problems arises with one of my devices, the support team is personal, warranties are honored. I highly recommend Novaalab, I highly recommend their light therapy products. Excellent support team!
