My pad stopped working correctly and was replaced quickly after sending a video showing the issue. Can't say enough about my faith in this company and how much better I feel using it.

I received numerous emails with different promotion offers. However, when I went to checkout, none of the various discount codes that I was offered worked during checkout so I didn't get any of the promised savings. This is very frustrating I didn't receive/use product yet. Will give review separately.

CUSTOMER SERVICE***** Is above and beyond - excellent compared to other companies out there. I am more apt to buy & recommend a company that has excellent customer service and I can actually talk to a real person because the virtual assistants never have the right question I need to ask. Besides I can resolve the issue much faster by talking to a real person that speaks good English!! Your response time is so quick & efficient and your staff is very knowledgeable & helpful to resolve an issue. I also will support a company that backs their product!! Thank you and many blessings!! I have so many of their appliances and love them, Use them everyday. When a panel broke, I had a new one within a week. They stand by their units and their customer service goes beyond fabulous

When I ordered, I tried to use the code for the July 4th 15% discount, but it didn’t work. I decided to use my code for a welcome 10% discount, and I emailed the company asking if I could get the 15% discount. By this morning, I received news of a refund of 5% coming my way and an additional gift. Great customer service!

Novaalab has replaced anything that did not work, immediately. Everyone uses the pad, my husband and I for hands and back, and our dog for hips and shoulders. All that said, in 7 months almost all the parts have been replaced, so I would want to wait a few months to make sure nothing else breaks, and if all is good, I would definitely order another pad.

Order process was easy. Immediate acknowledgement of the order and delivery was very fast. A question about a discount code was answered within minutes of submitting the question. Great customer service.

I have several Novaalab light pads and lasers and the number 1 question for me is “service after the sale”. When something goes wrong they stand behind their products! So, I can buy with confidence! Works great too!!

The Extra Strength Laser is amazing! As an avid backpacker and someone who trains 6 days a week, every week, I have a lot of painful areas - back, knees, knuckles, etc. I have a lot of arthritis in many of my joints also. Using this laser, has dramatically improved the pain in the matter of a couple weeks. I use it 5 minutes a day and I've seen a vast improvement. This item is great! The laser was shipped quickly and I was given excellent customer service too!

My mouthpiece became very stained and I could not get it clean. I contacted CS and was quickly answered. I sent a photo of the mouthpiece and CS arranged for a new replacement to be sent to me. Wow. No fuss. Extremely friendly and efficient. What more could anyone ask for? Thank you.

We are repeat customers of Novaalab. Between my husband's injured leg, and my arthritis, we use our light pads nearly daily. Had to purchase more because we both use them at the same time. There is a definite difference in levels of pain than before we got these pads. I highly recommend this product.

Customer support is second to none. We had a problem with our Red Light Pad. We emailed customer support on July 4th expecting to hear back on the next business day. Nope. Within less than 2 hours we had a new pad on its way to our house. No hassles. Just good customer service. Highly recommend

It is a little hard to attach the belt with the Pad since the cord seems short. I've only used a a few days, but it seems to be helping a little bit. Not as much as I hoped.

Amazing customer service! Can't wait for my products. I'm a chiropractor, and was introduced to Novaa products by the doctor during my latest continuing education course! He's used their products for a long time and has had amazing results with his patients using them! Soon.
