I felt as though I experienced significant gains using my blue and red light therapy device, with less bleeding and an overall feeling of better health in my gum area. That’s why I was so disappointed when the device started to short-out, Next Every week as in something wasn’t making a connection from the hand unit through to the mouthpiece, which got worse overtime and eventually stopped working. I got busy with life, which happens, and set the device aside for probably two months, all the while telling myself that I needed to reach out to see if there was anything that they could do for me in obtaining another device. Long story short, I was absolutely blown away when I reached out to them, and they immediately said that the unit was under a two year warranty, the likes of which I knew nothing about. They told me to take a 10 minute video of the device “not working” and they would happily replace it under the warranty. Here’s where this becomes entertaining… I went to my bathroom to take the video, and when I looked at the area of my vanity where the handheld portion of the device had been for weeks, it was nowhere to be seen. Sadly, it was right on the edge of my vanity with my wastebasket just beneath it. The only thing that I could think was that my kitten, who cost me virtually nothing when I adopted her from the local shelter, but continues to rack up astronomical cost and damages to my furniture, glassware, houseplants, etc., must have knocked the device off of my vanity and directly into the trash where it had been disposed of for good! I relayed The unfortunate news via my email thread and received the news that I would have to wait for management to chime in on my unusual circumstances. It didn’t take any time at all before I received the wonderful news that they would replace the item for me despite the fact that I could not provide them with the video. They were so efficient, courteous, and I have honestly never been more thrilled with the customer service that I’ve received! I just received my replacement device and can’t wait to get back on track. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Asked for information not related to this order like acupuncture points and even though I without taking any responsibility for the info(for obvious reasons), I was given critical acupuncture information complementarily. So now, I don't just practice read light therapy but also laser acupuncture:)! Priceless!!!Answered all questions with zero attempts to throw any questions under the table. Then went ahead and told me which malfunction deserves a replacement without me asking. The replacement was shipped. Magic customer service. No need to say I am 101% sold and became an informed and delighted affiliate.

Aug 09,2024Honor the prices stated on your website. That is what a reputable company would do. First, we tried to order online. The web site was stating the discount when ordering 2 or more. However, your payment calculations were not reflective of the individual pricing. At your company request, my husband documented that with screen shots. After a day and a half your website was fixed. No response from your company. My husband had to reach back out to you and he was told "sorry I forgot to get back to you" They would not honor the pricing. We then went to place the order and use my first time purchase coupon of 10%. That didn't work. Again, we had to call and we were told "you can't do that on a sale" No where in my 10% first time email does it say that. So... we identified a bug in your website, documented it for you to fix and you wouldn't even honor the 10% first time customer!
