I purchased the oral care red light device and it had developed mold from a manufacturer defect which had two tiny holes so when I cleaned it mold built up. I left the review with photo and they immediately sent a brand new replacement free of charge. A really great company that stands behind their well made products. I definitely will check out other devices on their site.
Great live customer service. The Novaalab Device I bought was Extra-Strength Healing Lazer. Before sending it out it should have been tested; all LED Lights were not on. The Exta Strength Healing Laser was defective, all outer lights were not on; the replacement one had all other lights on. I have 60 days to try the new one.

Novaalab was responsive regarding replacing a failed USB power cable. They mistakenly shipped a wrong cable but upon my email inquiry about the error, they responded quickly and are re-shipping the correct part. Thanks....

I haven't received the product yet but I am excited to use it on my irish wolfhound's pressure wounds that she received having to wear a cast for an extended amount of time. We have been doing laser surgery in the office and I want to be able to bring a handheld home and use it more frequent until her bones from the fracture heal completely

I called the number provided and actually talked with a person! My deep healing pad had a technical issue that I explained to the customer service lady. She sent me a link and I attached a picture and short video showing her the issue. Within minutes I received an email stating that they would send the newer model to me since the model I have is no longer current. The next day I had the confirmation and tracking number. It is truly hard to find great customer service these days and I am sold on your company because of this!!
