Never received my products !!!! It’s been almost 4 weeks since I paid almost $300… very disappointed and they keep answering me lame excuses to justify why they didn’t ship it out… so nope won’t buy again and don’t recommend

NOVA lab has a good product and when ours malfunctioned they stood behind the product and replaced it. My husband and I have been using these products over a yr now on a very steady basis and they have helped considerably with pain control.
Although the XL pad was ordered and paid for on June 9th, it is now June 25th and I have no idea when I will receive it. After receiving no information from you regarding this order, I called this past week and was told merchandise was not being sent out because of a lack of shipping boxes. When I pointed out there was also a lack of customer service in not keeping me informed, the young lady I spoke to was pleasant and assured me she would keep me up to date regarding delivery of the pad. So far......crickets, until a standard form message arrived earlier today, indicating that my order has been sent. As I indicated at the beginning of this message, I still don't know when the pad will be here and meanwhile, time is getting short for me to return the smaller pad that I now have, in order to get the refund.
Bought the red light therapy wrap for my sister in law. The web site was very easy to use. Delivery was quick. She just notified me she received it. I ordered it 5 days ago. Hoping it helps with her knee pain.

I purchased 2 red light therapy pads at Christmas time. One half of one of the lights on one of my pads stopped working. I use it daily because it helps me tremendously. I called and a replacement was sent out quickly.
Order was delayed not good communication hope it arrives soon.
Customer Service is real fast in getting back to me.

I not only liked this product I love it and become indispensable, I had to bring it with me even going out of the country. After walking whole day, I have to heat my knees to be able to go walk painless.
I love how personalized the answers are to my questions when I seek to understand best protocols for treatment.
Your marketing tactics are abysmally offensive. Try selling the product at a reasonable price and stop with the gimmicks. And the idea of tacking on $30+ for "delivery insurance" is a farce. I ordered three pads and received only one. Is that because I didn't want to pay the extra $30? I cannot rate the product as I have not opened the package. You touted being based in the U.S., owned by a French company. I could not find on your site the place of manufacture, and the first thing I saw when the box is MADE IN CHINA.
