Nov 23,2024Excellent service and a great furniture purchase from the Oak Furniture Superstore. I ordered four dining chairs for our new kitchen table. But I made a mistake when placing the order and had to ring their customer service dept the next morning to try and rectify it. The customer service assistant was very friendly and helpful and amended my order straight away without any issues at all. And the delivery date I had requested was not affected either. The chairs arrived two days later and the delivery men carried them into my hallway for me. The chairs were well packaged and easy to assemble. They are well made, beautifully finished and very comfortable too. Great value for money. I am delighted with my purchase and also with the great customer service I received too.
