Nov 07,2024We bought a sideboard last week to put the TV on . It arrived within a few days and delivery was great. We were so impressed we decided to get another slightly smaller one for the dining room. Once again delivered quickly and on time by good crew. Good company, excellent products. Now looking at the bedrooms!

Nov 04,2024I'd give 6 stars if it was possible. Customer service was excellent. Very easy to speak to and very helpful. Delivery time was quick, flexible and we were kept informed. Very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Website easy to use. Prices were great and the quality of the products is outstanding. Don't confuse this company with another of a similar name who have showrooms. This company is brilliant and do not have showrooms. 100% recommend this company and their products. I only wish I'd found them sooner and I will definitely use them again. Thank you for making it so easy!

Nov 02,2024I bought a harrowgate sideboard which I had delivered Tuesday it was so nice I ordered a chest of draws which were delivered Thursday. I had to wait a few weeks for the sideboard to be delivered as not in stock but definitely worth waiting for. Both pieces or lovely well made , solid & worth every penny . Great communication on delivery, would highly recommend & use again.

The chairs arrived yesterday and they are absolutely stunning: solid, chunky and beautifully made. Packaging was really good, and delivery was friendly and nice - no trouble to bring everything in to the house. I can't recommend this company enough. Beautiful, quality craftsmanship and great service. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the sideboard was slightly damaged, but it was put right straight away. I can't fault this company. I would definitely use them again and definitely recommend

The furniture quality remains exceptional, and the pieces are beautifully crafted. I couldn’t be happier with the latest additions, especially the Harper Oak Mirror and the 5 Drawer Tallboy. My experience with customer service was, once again, outstanding. Vishal Shah managed my orders with a high level of care, ensuring every detail was well-organised and promptly communicated. His dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable and makes the entire ordering experience seamless. However, my experience with BJS, the delivery partner, has been mixed across these deliveries. For one delivery, I was assigned a team that unfortunately provided a subpar experience. Vishal, however, responded quickly to my concerns, and for my subsequent delivery, he arranged a new delivery team, who were polite, attentive, and efficient. I would highly recommend Oak Furniture Superstore for their quality products and exceptional customer service. While the delivery service may vary, the Oak Furniture Superstore team, especially Vishal, goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied, addressing any issues promptly. I look forward to ordering more from their stunning range and appreciate the excellent support I’ve received.

Oct 28,2024Difficult to order furniture you haven’t sat on or seen but I shouldn’t have worried, my Darcy dining chairs were perfect … the quality, style, they came fully assembled and packaged with care to ensure no damage. Fully recommend this company and will be buying from them again!!!

Oct 28,2024From searching for an item on the OFS website, purchasing and delivery the process couldn’t be simpler and any queries in the meantime are answered promptly. I cannot fault all the items I have had from bedside tables, chest of draws and sideboard….all purchases were as stated, packaging was perfect and the delivery team used where on time, a quick call on the day of delivery giving an eta …..would definitely purchase from OFS and would highly recommend, if you see something you like, go for it

Oct 25,2024This was my first order with Oak Furniture Superstore. I took a gamble as I visited many shops and stores prior to this order, to try and find what I was looking for. From placing the order to delivery was absolutely faultless. The products, a tall boy, a wide chest of drawers for the bedroom and a green corner sofa were amazing! I did speak to Kishan, who may I say is a gentleman and exceeded my expectations with his customer service. Suffice to say, what a real asset to the Company he is.
