Nov 17,2024Being informed of the items I boughts delivery time and being kept upto date until delivery. I bought them on finance and was very pleased with the way it worked and only after delivery did the money come out of my bank. The items I bought were very good quality I decided to buy another item to match. I like the Burford collection in rustic oak the itemsi bought were a large TV unit,a nest of tables and secondly a sideboard awaiting delivery of the latter but no that the item will be delivered by a tow man team to the room of my choice just need to unpack the item and turn the handles around and they look beautiful

Nov 16,2024We ordered our library unit online. The delivery date given was realistic and was followed up with interim updates. When it arrived, it was very well protected. It is a well constructed piece of furniture, with strong traditional joints. This company was the only place we could find a quality 80cm wide unit to fit into a niche in our home. The paint finish is excellent. We are very pleased with our choice!

Nov 16,2024The website is easy to use and we had no trouble finding an item that suited our needs (and at a reasonable price). The ordering and payment process was easy and delivery was very fast. And we were really impressed with the low delivery charge, which was about a third of that being charged by other 'household name' furniture stores. We were very pleased with the quality of the table we bought - both in context of materials used, construction and sturdiness. Overall a great experience and we would use Oak Furniture Store again.

Nov 16,2024The quality of the two oak bedside tables I bought was outstanding. I was very pleased with them. I would have given 5*, but for two things: Firstly, a huge label (about 6" square) was glued to the back of each table, rendering them useless if you had wanted them for side tables in the sitting room (which I had considered buying two more for). Even as bedside tables, it upsets me that such lovely furniture should be blighted like that. Secondly, the amount of packaging was VAST, and there was no help to unpack or remove the waste. It was great that the items were well protected, but to be left battling with it all was a bit off-putting. BUT, as mentioned at the top, the items were very well made and I am delighted with them.

Nov 15,2024Found exactly what we were looking for at a brilliant price. Ordering was easy and delivery was very quick. Communication was excellent and we were notified a day before delivery of a 3 hour delivery time slot. On the day of delivery we received a call from the delivery team advising us as to when they would be with us. Item arrived packaged well. Extremely pleased and would recommend and use this company again.

Nov 13,2024I ordered two dressing table seats which arrived the next day via two very friendly delivery men. The items were excellently packed and the quality of the furniture was first rate. There was one potential probem in that the chairs were not exactly as shown in the photograph In that they did not have the rectangular incised feature shown. In fact, we were very happy and preferred them without but perhaps the photo needs updating.

Nov 13,2024Ordered a small oak dining table with a lead time of approximately 14 days. It arrived in 10 and is absolutely perfect for my needs. Good quality product that is easy to assemble. Delivery company were prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend both Oak Furniture Store and the delivery company.

There was a slight hitch with the not so great delivery company but I have to say that Oak Furniture Superstore have gone the extra mile to put that right & have been kind & considerate in their dealings with us.
