Excellent service. Ordered one day arrived the next day at time stated. Extra large tv cabinet was packed well and delivered to room of choice. Fits living room perfectly. Very pleased all round 😀

Very happy with my purchase of 2 sideboard,coffee table, tv Unit and nest of tables, all well made to the highest standard excellent value for money they look a lot more expensive than they were , will definitely purchase from Oak Furniture Store again

The oak table I ordered has 3 hinges that had to be fitted to the table in order to be able to extend it. One hinge had a split in it and was loose. I phoned up to explain and asked for a hinge to be sent to replace the one that had a split in it. It took 2 separate calls as the first person I spoke to didn’t call me back as promised. The second person seemed to understand more of what I was trying to explain that was the problem. He is going to call me tomorrow so hopefully the problem will be sorted.

What a great company to deal with. Very efficient, super fast delivery and staff very accommodating and helpful. Valerie could not have been more friendly and obliging. Slight problem was rectified immediately with no fuss. I will definitely buy from this company again. The table and chairs that I bought are excellent. I'm very pleased.

We ordered 2 triple wardrobes and 4 large sets of drawers in the Francis oak and charcoal range. They arrived in good time and are excellent quality. All the drawers were fully assembled and very well packaged. The triple wardrobes did have some assembly to do. The instructions were inside the box but could have done with being on the outside or near the top to make them easier to reach as they should really be read before commencing assembly but we got there anyway. We are really pleased with our bedroom furniture and the speed of delivery and would definitely recommend this range and company.

Order placed 14th August for two chest of drawers and two bedside tables. Estimated delivery was 7-9 weeks as waiting for stock of the chest of drawers. This was fine by me as I wasn't in a rush for it, as it was a replacement set for old furniture. Oak furniture superstore emailed me the day after my order was placed to highlight the lead time of the order, to check I was happy. Then, only 1 week later, the delivery company BJS emailed and messaged me to schedule the delivery. 5 days in advance. I was happy with the date given, but it was easy enough to change if I needed. They emailed and messaged again the day before to give me a 3 hour time slot, then rang me when they were about an hour away. All super helpful, so I wasn't waiting around. Furniture delivered to my room of choice. Unpacked and the furniture I ordered is absolutely perfect. Very very happy with it. Well packaged, so kept protected. Slight new furniture smell in the drawers, but I left them open for a few days and soon cleared. Once clothes put in, I also used scented sachets and smell was unnoticeable after about 5 days. Great customer service. One very happy customer!
