Aug 17,2024I'm very pleased with the dining chairs I bought - they look great and are very sturdily built (buying from a photo I was a bit apprehensive about that). The price was very reasonable for the quality.They took much longer to arrive than I was initially told to expect, but I was given updates and the issue seems to have been outside the company's control. The suggestion with the last update that a goodwill gesture of some kind might be made in view of the delay never materialised though! I'd happily buy from this company again.

Aug 16,2024I ordered 6 Warwick chairs for our kitchen table and am so far pleased with them. The seat cushions have to be secured to the frame of the chairs and all the screws etc. were supplied on delivery. The chairs and seat cushions all arrived in good condition and the delivery men were pleasent. There is plenty of length on the chair seat to add a back cushion if you wanted. The oak chairs are very comfortable and go well with our oak table.

Initially we ordered a dresser and were so impressed we ordered a set of drawers/cupboard and TV stand. The deliveries were easy to arrange and hassle free. Delivery staff were polite and managed so heavy furniture very well. Would totally recommend the products and the service provided.

The customer service since then has been excellent and the products have now been received and we are very happy with the quality.
