Aug 26,2024I ordered the Bridstow small bedside and wide chest of draws, very good quality and love the dark blue colour exactly what I wanted, two weeks later as promised they arrived. Received a whats app message then in the morning as promised I received a phone call 20 mins before delivery. Faultless. I have not received an incentive to write this.

Aug 25,2024I bought furniture that was in stock in the store. I paid £88 for shipping and I have to wait 1-2 weeks for the furniture. I wrote an email - no response. I talked on the chat twice and I was blocked. I don't know what to do next. Is this a scam? I paid over £1,000 for the furniture and now I'm worried about my money!!!! I sent an email. Please reply quickly. I want to cancel the table and chairs I ordered. Please refund my money quickly!!! When will I receive my money back?

Aug 24,2024This is the fourth time I have ordered from oak furniture superstore. I originally bought a tv cabinet and set of tables from the loft range. I was so impressed by the quality that I then bought a 2 door wardrobe and chest of drawers also from the loft range. I waited for the sales then bought another chest of drawers. This furniture is exactly what I was looking for oak and industrial style. I have told friends and family about the quality and price well worth paying a bit extra . This furniture is built to last would highly recommend

Aug 23,2024I was a little dubious about ordering from an online-only store. However, I found the customer service to be excellent from start to finish. My order arrived the day after ordering. The quality of the furniture is good and it was easy to assemble. Whilst I experienced some issues with the delivery company (the only negative), Oak Furniture Superstore responded very well.

I was kept informed by the courier company as to when my TV unit would be delivered. I was extremely pleased with the unit and will definitely be ordering again.

Aug 22,2024I am a new customer of Oak Furniture Superstore and will definitely use them again. I was trying to find a dressing table to match my new oak bedroom furniture. I knew nothing of them before but saw the good reviews and the webpage gave me all the extra information I needed. The price was excellent as was the delivery time 2 days later 😊. The distribution company BJS notified me of my timed slot and phoned when nearby. The dressing table was well packaged and delivered into the correct room upstairs. It even matched the new furniture which hilariously arrived at exactly the same time after a long 3 month wait.

The website was easy to navigate and although I made a mistake on my order, Lucas rectified it first thing the following day (on a Saturday morning!). Delivery promised for 48hrs and they delivered, which incidentally, the courier (BJS) was also brilliant.

Aug 20,2024I ordered the dresser on the weekend and it was delivered on the Tuesday what fantastic service.It really came well packaged how anything could get damaged is beyond me it was so good, it took me ages to get the dresser unpackaged. I put it up and it looks better than it did on the website, fantastic looking piece of furniture, if all your products are this good I would recommend you to anyone. Great service and fast delivery what more could one want. S Salter
