Sep 04,2024Very happy with my extra large sideboard and the delivery service. My only complaint is the delivery did not include unpacking and removal of packaging. I’m in my 70s and struggled to get the sideboard out of its cardboard box and I’m now stuck with all that packaging which will never fit into my recycling bin. Perhaps you could offer 2 tier delivery charges? One for simple delivery and a 2nd to include unpacking and removal of same?

Sep 01,2024Fantastic bed frame from Oak Furniture Superstore. We did a fair bit of shopping around comparing different beds and different sites before finally settling on this one and we're so glad that we did! The bed itself is rustic solid oak and you can tell it's well made by how sturdy it is. The assembly instructions were fairly easy to follow but make sure there's at least two of you to assemble it as the bed frame is heavy (as you would expect). Both my wife and I are already reaping the benefits of a decent night's sleep because finally our bed frame isn't on the verge of breaking! Delivery was quick (48 hour turnaround) and the frame arrived in perfect condition. Very pleased with the purchase and managed to buy it on a bank holiday sale.

Aug 30,2024Just purchased a large footstool with lid that won't stay shut I am not happy with it at all .Had a nasty obnoxious woman on the phone told me to take a picture which I did then she said that was not good enough.I would like a refund and the footstool picked up ASAP.

Aug 30,2024As long as what you want is in stock it works brilliantly, select the date you want it delivered, you get notified all along and then get a three hour time slot for delivery the day before it comes. Excellently packaged and a beautiful bit of furniture. Checked with customer services who confirmed if there's any item in your order not immediately available then the whole order will be delayed - fair enough.
