Aug 22,2024This is my second time booking with Ocean Florida. The first was for 7 people including 3 children under the age of 7. The whole experience was so good that I came back to Ocean Florida this time for a party of 2. One of the brilliant things about Ocean Florida is that whoever you talk to listens to what you are saying. Karl listened carefully both times to our requirements and created a brilliant package that precisely suited our needs. I would highly recommend Ocean Florida.

Aug 21,2024As I was trying to arrange a holiday for a party of 12 .Darren was very helpful and knowledgeable he listened to what we required did not rush us into anything he help us find the villa to suit everyone. He was quick to respond to any emails or telephone questions we had. (If he didn't have the answer he did he's best to find out). Helped us save money where we could with good advice and ideas. we are not going away For a while so we can't give a full verdict of the overall experience with ocean . But dealing with Darren makes it seem we will have a 5 stars service

Aug 20,2024Planning a trip to Florida is a big job - lots of moving parts to work through to get the right trip planned. We did plenty of research ourselves, but got a lot a really good insights and support from Victoria at Ocean. She was really patient, happy to redo quotes with tweaks, as we narrowed in on the right combination of features of the break. Her friendliness and care on the phone really took a lot of the stress out of planning - and for that, I'm really grateful. We're months away from our holiday, but the planning stage has been as good as I could have hoped, so would definitely recommend Ocean Florida to others.

Aug 20,2024Having just returned from 10 days in Orlando and the villa we hired at 4707 Ainsdale Walk , Lake Berkley Resort we can only say how disappointing the villa was. the main bedroom bed was awful with a sunken dip in one side,The outside furniture was made from waste pipe fittings 2 sunbeds for 6 guests everything old and very tired.the pool was small ,with tiles not grouted, and the floor peeling off, Dirty outside seating area,every thing needed painting or repair and the front door had had so many locks changed it looked like it should have been on the tip.Curtain poles hanging off,the list is endless!!!This was not a cheap villa and to be rented as such needs a lot of investment.Ocean Florida you need to check your properties properly!!!!

Aug 19,2024Used Ocean Florida for first time, having recently returned from America. From the outset, Matthew was so informative and enthusiastic without feeling 'pushy' for the hard sale. A gent and terrific manner, so a big thank you to him. Throughout our wait to go, approximately 18 months, the customer service team were polite, pleasant and informative. I had contact with them to alleviate concerns and was always greeted in a friendly and professional way, taking many anxieties away. Again, a big thank you. Finally, while on holiday, and with no facility to make calls from my mobile, I probably felt a nuisance, via email, to firstly Isabelle and then Lauren. Both of these ladies were nothing short of exceptional, responding quickly, and again, accurately with information and dealing with genuine understanding. All in all, our first huge holiday to Florida as a family, went pretty much without a hitch. A great deal of credit for this goes to their team. Can not thank you all enough. Regards The Lawleys.

We had an issue with one of our interconnecting airline flights and the team did everything they could to help us which was much appreciated. I would definitely book with Ocean Florida again.

All my questions answered immediately by experts no matter how silly the question 😀 we had a wonderful holiday and all arrangements made at hotels and flights went very smoothly. Aug 15,2024Ocean florida were great at getting me a package holiday to Disney world. I let them deal with everything from plane tickets, Disney world tickets and tickets to other attractions. They made it very easy and Tom was very helpful having worked at Disney, so was able to answer any questions I had as this was my first time visit. Was all made very easy with instructions for transfer etc and didn't have to get in touch once for any help / info while I was on site. Very satisfied and would use again. Thank you.

Aug 22,2024Efficient and helpful even with Virgin cancelling our flight. Alternative flights were eventually found but we had to travel from Heathrow instead of Manchester. Not ideal but Ocean helped out with that
