Aug 13,2024Eva was very attentive right from the off, she clearly read my application with care and when she called she listened to all my wants and needs and offered her expert opinions which would heighten our experience. We were given multiple quotations as we had many questions and wanted to get our honeymoon just right. I couldn't recommend this company enough, if you want a personal touch and friendly guidance for the perfect holiday/honeymoon Eva is definitely the best there is.

Aug 10,2024We spoke with Luke initially who was so knowledgeable. We told him what we were looking for. Initially we wanted Animal Kingdom but he suggested Drury Plaza which is a Disney partner hotel but not one we had heard about. We went away to consider with no pressure. We booked drury plaza and were absolutely amazed at how great it was. Everything was better than we anticipated and so close to disney springs. Luke booked our premium flight with Tui which was perfect. The only thing we had to sort was a cab from the airport to the hotel which was no bother. Everytime I contacted ocean holidays everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. We got lots of freebies or vouchers which helped us tremendously. We even went to a magic show on them for free! It was a great experience booking with Ocean Holidays and I am glad I trusted them with our once in a lifetime family holiday. It paid dividends to us.

Having just booked for 2025, I knew for this holiday I was going to be more particular in the things I was looking for, such as villa, hotel, airlines, location etc. Darren was helpful very helpful and informative, making sure we found the package that suited my needs and budget.

Aug 07,2024I was a bit hesitant of having to use a new travel agency after Virgin Holidays removed my preferred hotel from their list - but Jack at Ocean Florida was amazingly helpful and proved my fears wrong. Although I wasn't able to ultimately book, it wasn't because of a lack of wanting to or because of their service. It was first rate and great service.

Aug 07,2024This was one of the easiest experiences I've had when booking a Florida holiday. So easy to speak to on the phone, found the best package to suit my family, our needs, and our budget. Made everything so easy to pay for with spreading the payments, and then even saved us more money on our Disney tickets. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Disney package, and will definitely be back for our next trip.

Aug 02,2024Would give less than one-awful villa and awful service. Pool full of blue algae took 5 days to clean. Pool deck black mould on floor and furniture which was broken. Villa furniture sub standard, broken, dangerous, bed mattress worn and pitted. Villa not cleaned I.e. Cutlery and towels dirty. Residual hair from previous guests on towels so doubt they had been washed. Bin overflowing with maggots and flies. Air conditioning leaking and pooling, engineers broke it and left had to await emergency engineer that evening. WIFI useless. Mould in bathroom, windows and door frames. Games equipment broken and a pool table with no balls. Cooker rings not working. Could go on but essentially spent a stressful holiday emailing texting and calling an unresponsive company who eventually tried to fob me off with $250 for the inconvenience. Will be reporting to ABTA ATOL and all the relevant bodies when we get home. Do not book with this company and check if this is who your travel agent uses before you end up in a s… hole.
