I have been so surprised with the excellent customer service and communication throughout. I enjoyed my holiday. I will be using Ocean florida again and would highly recommend them. Mar 29,2024My wife and I visited Florida for a special birthday created and handled by Ocean Florida between the 11th and 25th March 2024. We had a dual resort package - one on the West Coast at RumFish beach resort in St Petersburg, the other at the Blue Tree resort at Lake Buena Vista. Whilst everything was perfect for us concerning the location and accommodation aspects, the issue we faced with our hire car was not that nice. However, one email to Ocean Florida's customer relation team (Sam), followed by further support from Nikki Russell (Customer Retention Manager) soon resolved our anxiety. We cannot thank the Ocean Florida team enough for this first-class service in rectifying our situation. Within two hours of receiving our email they had resolved this problem to include an upgrade on our original vehicle. Note the two hours was only due to the time difference and would otherwise have been resolved within minutes. This situation was not Ocean Florida's fault but a complete failure on the hire car provider (Hertz) at Tampa Airport - a person with very little empathy for our situation. That said, the Hertz hire car provider local to our RumFish Bay resort managed by Jeffery Vendredi could not have been more accommodating and could not do enough for us, which restored some faith in renting from Hertz in the future. Thank you Ocean Florida - we will definitely be using your services again in the future.

Mar 28,2024We have booked with Ocean Holidays.uk, since 2010 we have booked package Holidays + cruises almost every year some with family and friends, mostly we booked with Anthony Lynch who was excellent but last year 2023 when we booked with another staff member we asked about Airport transfers and were told just get a taxi, it cost an extra 140 dollars round trip. We decided to book again this year got the same staff member who quoted a take it or leave it price albeit no Airport transfers so much so we booked with Hay's travel for a £1000 less + all transfers + an extra night in Vegas. Mar 28,2024Terrible company to work with, they are lovely while trying to get you to book, they push and push for the booking. We then booked and then 27 days later we needed to cancel as I separated from my partner and they now want £960 deposit for a holiday that was not due until September 2026. They cannot justify these charges, hotels and flights are not even booked at this stage, pure profit, did not care AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Mar 12,2024Jay Baycroft was our Travel agent and she was just so helpful , positive attitude, and nothing was too much hassle for her. We were a party of 4 , but had family travelling with us who also booked with Ocean Florida. Couldn't fault this company at all, and from now on will book with them everytime we go to Florida. Our experience with Ocean Florida was fantastic from start to finish. All the small details we asked for was given like high floor , pool view , large balcony . One of our family met needed airport assistance, Jay organised everything for all our flights, which was perfect even down to where we sat on the plane. Anytime we had any enquiries Jay was so attentive and sorted them out straight away with quick response to our emails. This was our first time dealing with Ocean Florida and I will continue to use the company . What I really like is that when we returned to make another booking, you are automatically assigned to your previous Travel agent. Jay now feels like a friend more than an agent who just takes bookings.***** stars 🌟
