Mar 06,2024Villa spacious . However , 4 plates were left in the cupboard dirty. The company charged $680 extra to heat the pool for 2 weeks , and whilst the hot tub was warm from 9-17.00 the pool jets did not work and as only at an acceptable temperature for around 7 hours. Numerous excuses were made but no action taken. The table tennis table had the texture of a poorly tarred road and so was impossible to play on . To top it all the company had the brass neck to ask us to wash the linen whilst not providing a single scoop of detergent for the machine. Crockery was plastic. It was however partialy made up for by pleasant location

Feb 28,2024Would definitely recommend using this travel company if I was going to book a Disney trip. They listened to what we needed. They were friendly,informative and honest. Unfortunately we couldn't not commit to payments at this time so didn't book. However they offered a really good deal. If I didn't have any other commitments I would have booked it straightaway. Definitely will use them again when we are ready.

Feb 24,2024Just returned from Florida trip booked with Ocean Florida. From start to finish this was a fantastic trip. Ocean Florida took care of everything for us, so it was stress free. We have a grandson who has autism, so they even gave us a meet and greet service at the Airport then we were fast tracked through security etc. I highly recommend and will be using them again.

We are going on a twin centre holiday and multiple flights but this wasn’t a problem for her. If I had any questions she answered quickly. Great service.

Feb 22,2024This is are second time booking with Matt, We wanted to do things a bit different this time around and he listened and gave us a few different options to choose from and look over in our own time making a few tweaks here and there. He answered all are questions we had for him, what Matt doesn't know about Florida isn't worth knowing his knowledge is fantastic!! He even told us it would be ok to contact himself on his day of!! which is outstanding service!!! Would 100% recommend to anyone Five stars ***** Thanks once again Matt
